Harry was shouted at a lot for the pudding incident. Vernon sent him to his room and the next thing anyone knew Vernon had many locks on the outside the door, and bars on his window. He was let out to do chores and use the restroom, both he needed to be supervised.

The light shines through the leaves of a tree up above, and birds chirp as they weave nests of sticks and grass. The bright blue sky is rich with fluffy white clouds. Lily lays beneath the tree letting the serene surroundings lull her into a state of tranquility. She stands and walks to a little lake nearby, looking at the fish she stares closely until a resounding crash echoes through the valley. The water starts to shake as dark clouds fill the sky, wind blows the bird's nest out of the tree as it creaks and crumbles to the ground. Suddenly, there is shouting, getting louder, and louder, and louder.
Bolting up in bed Lily scrambles into the hall where her uncle, aunt, and cousin are struggling to open Harry's door. They can hear scuttling and hushed voices inside. As Uncle Vernon tries to get the door open Lily leans past him and delicately knocks on the door. All sounds stop.
"Harry," she calls, shaking in worry. "Harry, are you alright? What is that sound, who's in there?" Voice shaking with each word as she tries to keep her emotions under control.
"I'll see you at school, Lily," is all he says before Vernon swings the door open showing Harry clambering out his window and into a car. They all stand and stare in confusion at the car that somehow appeared to be floating outside the second-story window. Vernon rushes forward and grabs Harry's leg. Lily-Kathryn stands, frozen in shock, as she watches them have a wrestling match over his leg while everyone else shouts at each other. When Veron falls out of the window Lily jolts out of her stupor. Rushing forward, she looks down to see her Uncle safely in a bush down below looking up, she calls out to Harry, hoping he would return.
They lock eyes as the car flies away until he is too far to be seen. Lily turns on her heels and rushes to her room. Throwing herself on her bed, she cries herself to sleep, wishing Harry would talk to and trust her like he used to.
