Gemma and I sat outside the table room. My one leg crossed over the other as I played with my ring on the table.
The guys were yelling at each other. Yelling at Clay. The whole place was just chaos. Gemma shook her head at me when I gave her a glance that said 'should we intervene?' There was so much division in this club since Clay had taken over. Not to mention loss of members. Piney, a few guys Gemma had told me about, my dad. And I knew some of the guys were trying to get Jax to be in charge.
Hell the man was strong but he has enough challenges with two sons under the age of 5. I pushed my chair back as I stood on my own two feet. Wandering over to the door. I could make out what the men were saying.

"You should've asked us first!" That was Jax, lecturing Clay about his one minded decision. Gemma shook her head at my ease dropping.
"Well I didn't and either way we have to deal with this issue. Micheal wants his cut of the shipment. Apparently his brother was a little cheap." I rolled my eyes from the other side of the door. Was Clay that dumb to think he would just give the Sons his drugs?
"Why did he want his brother dead anyways?" Chibbs asked, his accent seeming even more prominent when he was angry.
"Hell if I know. Family drama?" Clay answered, playing it off.
"Then how do we fix it? I spent my cut already." Bobby spoke this time.
"The Mayans and the 9ners are sick of the Tuppen brothers as much as the rest of us. We plan to meet on the 7th of this month to discuss our options." That's was in three days. But this brother made it clear at my dads funeral that we didn't have that long. Moving away from the door, I pulled my phone from my pocket. This brothers weren't just selling dope. They were selling pharmaceuticals. For the wrong reasons. Then it clicked, my mom was trying to talk to me at the funeral. And I saw her standing with a strange man.
"Why was she here really?" I spoke to myself. The fact she just randomly shows up with this strange man the day my fathers funeral goes up in flames.
She was never a hard lady to find.

Jax and I walked the street of downtown charming. A man of the name Luca, was standing on the corner waiting for us. This man looked rather young but he wasn't one you would think to be one of Charming's biggest dealers. Jax shook his hand and they exchanged a greeting.
"What can I do for you man?" The stout Asian man asked. He wasn't very intimidating to say the least, but I didn't want to know what he held in the inside pocket of his jacket.
"Looking for a woman,"
"Aren't we all?" Luca chuckled and cut Jax off, but his eyes darted me up and down. "Seems like you already have one though," Jax ignored the comment and pulled out a picture of my mom. It was an old picture, back when she ran with the club but she still looked close to the same.
"Awe man, no way." Luca took the picture out of Jax' hands. "This lady tried to rip me off two days ago," I rose an eye brow at him.
"What do you mean?" I asked. Luca looked at me and then at Jax.
"Look man, I don't feel comfortable sharing info with your lady friend." Jax turned to face me and he spoke.
"I'll meet you in the car," the look he gave me was one to not cross him but at this point I was annoyed. I pulled the sleeve of his jacket so I could talk to him alone for a second.
"No, I'm apart of this too." Jax looked at me to not push it.
"Jax she's my mom. Sadly" I stated and he sighed.
"Just don't argue and give me ten minutes," he ordered. And I stopped pushing. The Jax I knew was replaced by the Sons of Anarchy Jax in seconds. I nodded and headed back to the car.

As I waited in Gemma's car for Jax to come back. I could see the two men talking. My phone sat in my lap, I couldn't get rid of this gut feeling. Like my mom was finding another way to ruin our lives. It wasn't bad enough she abandoned me? Jax shook Luca's hand one last time and walked back to the car. I couldn't help myself, the way Jax carried himself was a man with confidence and power. And for some reason I couldn't keep my dirty thoughts about him at bay. We need to focus but this man was something else. He opened the door of the car and slid into the passenger seat.
"What's the plan?" I asked, already impatient.
"Your mom is mixed up with Tuppen's brother. But not like you may think." He pulled his phone out and showed me a picture of my mom dressed up. A navy blue silk dress layered against her small frame. Her form was standing between two men. One was definitely Tuppen and the other I didn't know.
"Your mom was married to Tuppen's brother." I looked at Jax in shock.
"Wait what!?"
