We ended up in a further part of the warehouse away from all the noise. But the whole temperature dropped when I stood face to face with my mother. She had caused me so much problems and I never even realized it. She was the start to the chaos, all because she had to sleep with her husbands brother.

Micheal sat with his back leaned against the desk, with my mom standing next to him. It was scary how are features were similar. The same face shape and eyes. Yet I wanted nothing more but to forget she even existed. My palms were sore, the feeling of my anxiety bubbling in my chest.
Micheal clapped his hands together as Jax stood slightly in front of me.
"Isn't this lovely. Mira I've been waiting to meet you," he shook his pointer finger in the air.
"If you want to kill me to punish her. She has had no interest in ever being my mother. She would probably be glad." I shot and she went to cut me off.
"No no," he waved her off, "you see I don't want to kill you. I've been there, done that. She understands her wrong doings. What I want from you is different." I glanced at Jax with concerns and he held the small of my back.
"I have a ton of... connections." He dragged out. "And you see playing this dirty drug lord isn't where I want my business to be." I was still confused.
"I could use you to help me integrate my connection into hospitals, pharmacies. I want the access to the drugs when I want it. And you being a doctor could help me." My irritation grew. Why would they even think I could help.
"I'm a veterinarian. Not a doctor. I work with dogs and cats, I have no push in the human field," I stated and his face screwed up in confusion then slowly turned to anger.
"What do you mean veterinarian?" He turned to my mom.
"Woman you told me she was a doctor. You idiot," he grabbed her by her wrist and her face was pure terror. And even if I didn't love the woman. No one deserves to be treated like that.
"Hey I may not like her but she wouldn't know. I've never spoken to her in my life." He pointed a finger at me.
"You stay out of this. Unfortunately my plans have just changes and I should have know Martha lied to save her own skin." My mom tried to plead with him.
"Please Mira can still help. She still has connections. We can use her to get inventory. What else would she be good for?." Here she was using me to save herself. Micheal sent a slap across her face and she tumbled to the floor. This man was dangerous, psychotic and anything in between. He pulled a gun from his jacket and pointed it at Martha's head. She pleaded and cried for him not to kill her. I didn't know what to do.
"You were a slippery snake when I met you. I should've known." Micheal growled. But Jax followed suit and pulled a gun of his own.
"You two can hash out your love lives on your own properties. We made a deal that I brought Mira to talk and no one else dies." Micheal watched the barrel of Jax' gun and started to laugh.
"My brother was the one who made the deals. I was the one who broke them." And within a click the gun had fired and I watched the lifeless body of my mother hit the ground. This man was crazy. My body froze. This was insane. I had just witnessed a murder and looking at Jax' face. He wasn't even phased. My guts churned and threatened to empty, Then the doors opened and before we could even react Micheal's goons were facing us there guns in our faces.
"I didn't expect to be doing this here but to be quite fair it makes my job easier." With his hands he wiped his blood stained face. He walked up to me, blood now smeared across his face. Jax was unable to do anything with this many men and the hopes of the other showing up is the only thing we had going for us.
"Sir we need to leave now," one of his me exclaimed.
"Shut it!" He roared. He reached out towards my face with his hand, Jax tensed and Micheals men readied their weapons with a click. Jax stopped and tried to look out the warehouse door.
"Will meet again young lady. You are quite pretty. Shame you came from such low life's." He smeared the warm blood from his hand onto my face.
"Jax my boy. Keep this one close. Or someone might steal her." He winked throwing his gun he used at me as I caught it on instinct. They all left as we stood speechless.
"We need to hide this." Jax brought out his phone and I just stared. I was holding a murder weapon and her blood was on my skin. He was trying to set us up.
"Jax, he is playing us. This was all to thought out. Why would the guys not be hear if they heard the shot." When Jax face lit up.
"They set us up," And almost on cue. Sirens were heard.
