I soon reached his hands, Jeongin still not moving one inch but blushing like his life depended on it.

"I guess these are for me?" taking the papers from his hands I turned around, giving him some space again.

My heart was beating fast. I loved the effects I still had on him after all these years. No hint of the Jeongin who almost threatened me when we met again.

"Uh- y-yeah. They, eh, the costumer complaints. We got a ton today. Is something happening?"

His reflection was seen on the windows, showing how he had clutched his chest after straightening his pose.

I found everything about him quite amusing. Maybe he didn't change that much at all.

Maybe we could still - No.

Even if I didn't feel like myself right now, I shouldn't think about it.

"I was kidding, Jeongin."

"Huh? Did you prank the customers or-"

"Nothing happened. At least not that I remember."

"We kissed."

I felt my heart race again making my stomach feel funny.
Why was I pretending to read the complaints when I couldn't even concentrate on a single word?

"That I recall..."

"So you just wanted to pretend it didn't happen."

"No, I thought you might be uncomfortable."

When I turned around, I didn't expect to find Jeongin in a rather angry state.

"For once in your life, can you stop thinking about what I would think, instead of how I actually feel?"
