Percy had not yet decided if he liked camp or not. On one hand , he had Thalia who he truly loved like a sister and would sacrifice anything for. Yet, On the other hand everyone believed him a freak for being one of the big three. Thalia had proven herself when she had came here, battling the monsters and creating a legend. He had killed the Minotaur, yet no one had witnessed it other than Annabeth. He had yet to prove himself. He smiled. 'Soon enough' He thought.
He walked out his cabin room and pondered on the mystery that was the war ahead. Zeus's Master bolt had been stolen and his father had blamed Poseidon, god of the seas. Poseidon had replied in anger and sent a wave nearly killing Thalia. So, to fulfill his utter rage, he destroyed the Poseidon cabin and killed several merman and Pegasi in the camp. This had caused many punishments but, his father was extremely proud. He knew from the way the wind went around him and the skies would rumble.
He turned in his bed. He looked across and saw Thalia. Yes, they slept on the same bed. So what? He had been alone for years and he needed comfort, so it was tentative at first when he asked her if he could sleep in her bed. She had simply smiled and said 'cmon.' He could not be more grateful. " Ya figure out who gat the masturbate in ya dreams sis? He asked cheekily. Said 'sis' looked at him unamused. 'What's with the slang? She asked. 'The masturbate fits well though. It's his favorite hobby." The skies roared and we laughed. I hugged her. Thalia raised her eyebrows.'Still can't believe you're a hugger' she muttered though she hugged back.
Later, in the afternoon it was with great reluctance that he let his sister go on the quest to get the masturbate toy. He slumped in his bedroom. Her bed technically. He couldn't even concentrate in sword practice. "What's the matter?" Luke asked."I'm beating you up more than usual." I looked down. Even he could notice? "Is it Thalia? She's been on her fair share of quests Perce. Besides cmon don't you want to show her you're power when she comes back?" That got me starting. I swung at him like a maniac. "No powers" he warned before swinging back. Eventually the end score was 12-5 taken by Luke." Yo, nobody can challenge Luke in a sword fight and win 5 times bro" Connor Stoll yelled.
"Thalia could've beaten him" I said with more power in my voice. "Not in sword fighting no" Travis threw in. I threw my hands up." It was only a sword fight because I like swords too! You can choose any weapon." I said
Thalia would've beaten him with her spear. I was sure of it. She was the most powerful demigod out there. I walked into the Zeus cabin and started throwing lightning bolts. Then controlling the wind. Finally, to top of the day, I began sword fighting, with air enemies which I created. I panted and threw my sword in a lasso position cutting three, leaving 2. I sliced the one that tried to attack and threw my sword at the other. The enemies vanished in a poof of smoke.
I tried to sleep. Twisting, turning but nowhere near close to sleep. There was no Thalia. Which meant no sleep. Eventually I fell asleep somewhere around 3 Am and woke around 11 am. "Hey dude" Luke threw his arm around me." Ya missed breakfast." " I couldn't sleep" I admitted. "Ah" Luke paused." Bad dreams?" He questioned. "Yeah, Kronos stuff." I said to spook him. It worked, as he shuddered. "No wonder" he muttered. "That man is creepy" "Titan" I corrected. "Yeah nerd" "Post man" "lightning bolt". "Envelope" "oxygen" "Usain bolt"
I paused. "That could be you too" Luke mused. "Bolt" I dismissed it. "Nah Usain is what matters." Luke rolled his eyes. "Sure"
That night, I could sleep a little better. I suppose life without Thalia has to continue. Meanwhile the Fates cackled. "We have chosen you, oh mighty one. We do not care for gods yet you my friend are going to be interesting. You shall not join Kronos, nor the olympians. Only your sister and your father. Perhaps that son of Hades as well....." Lachesis mused. The Morai disappeared in a brilliant flash. So, all in the world was chaos. The seas and the sky were at war. Death lurked in the shadows. Mystery children lived. Yet the fates always had a plan, since it was their plan was it not so?
