Part 8

It's Friday today! And we are all getting ready to leave for our Ilocos trip.

"Mga anak, get inside the car na! We're leaving." Mom said and of course sinunod na lang namin. She's very excited to meet her bestfriend.

We hop inside the car and nag kanya-kanya na kami ng pwesto! Para comfortable and we had some snacks too.

Simon's POV

"Bong, they are on their way na here." Mom is getting so excited.

"Alright! I'll just check the foods" Pops answered and hurriedly go to the kitchen.

"Yaya Venice? Please go and arrange the dining table. My visitor will come na!" "And you guys change your clothes into a good one." Because vincent and i are wearing pang bahay.

"Mom, don't stress yourself! Everything will be alright in time." Simon tried calming mom from being panic.

"O-okay, okay! But.. i noticed where is your brother Sandro?" Mom asked after noticing that kuya is not around.

"Mom, kuya will be right here a few minutes! Don't worry" Vincent said maybe he knows where sandro is.

"Liza, everything is fine in the kitchen! By the help of our kasama sa bahay"

"Alright! Thank you so much Bong for being hands-on too! I loved it" Mom's reaction after seeing the foods.

Kiara's POV.

"Hon, i guess we're here already! What do you think??"

"Yes! We are finally here." I heard mom's voice even though my eyes were still closed. "Abianna, and Kiara please wake up now my lovely daughters."

"Hmm, are we in tita liza's house already?" I asked out of my curiosity

"Yes, sweetheart!" Dad answered for me kasi my mom is busy on reaching tita liza through phone.

"Kiara! Si sandro oh" ani ni kuya kenzy, ang hilig talagang mang-asar!

"Stop it, kuya! It's not a good joke." I said and rolled my eyes.

"HAHAHA Kenzy! You're such a bully" saad ni ate abi sakaniya. Also kuya arth start from laughing.

"Guys, keep quiet please. I'm trying to reach your aunt Liza first" pag saway ni mom saamin.

Then finally tita Liza answered the call!

"Your aunt Liza said that the guards will let us in naman" mom said after the call being ended.

We entered their huge house. And we are kinda amazed! Kasi naman pag bungad sa pinto ay may iba't ibang picture frames with their family pictures of course.

"Hi! Hi everyone!!" Tita liza is happy warmly accepting us. Of course! Mom and tita Liza had some cheek-to-cheeks and some tight hugs!!

"Good evening! Mr. And Mrs. Marcos" Ate greeted them with a so formal greet.

"Dear! You're so formal huh? Hahaha just call us tita and tito we are fine with that. By the way, are you really Abianna?" And ate abi nodded with a smile on her face. "You're so pretty and grabe! Am i that too old na?"

"You look so young pa rin tita!" Ani ni ate abi so tita liza and tito bong laughs.

"Hey! Arthur, how are you? How's life? Long time no see!" Tito bong is excitedly asked dad some questions.

"All good! Bong. How about you?" Daddy asked him back.

"Same as you. All good!" And they both laughed.

"Oh my goodness, bff! Is that Kenzy and Arth already?" Hindi makapaniwala si tita liza dahil nga nag dalagahan at binataan na kaming magka-kapatid.

"Yes! Amiga" Mom said.

"Hello Tita Liza! I'm kenzy, and here still gwapo hehehe" Mahangin talaga ang kuya ko na'to!

"That's true naman!" Pag sang-ayon ni tita liza kaya naman yung kuya ko maka-ngiti abot ears na niya.

"Tita, but i'm still the most gwapo!" Aba, palaban din sa pahanginan si kuya Arth.

Tita laughed and she finally noticed my presence! "Hija? Is that you! Oh my gosh you look so stunning grabe ha? You're so gorgeous!"

"Yes, tita! It's me Kiara the little girl before" i said and i giggled.

"We missed you a lot! Before when you were still a kid, you always go here just to play with my sons." Tito Bong said

"I missed you two so much!" I said back and hugged each other.

"Yaya Venice, call my sons upstairs please napatagal naman ata 'yung paga-ayos nila sa sarili." I heard tito bong.

"Good evening! Tita Athena and Tito Arthur! Glad to see you again after a long year ago." Simon greeted me.

"Simon! You're so tall. Tall than your father huh? And so gwapo!" Mom's reaction after seeing Simon.

"Thanks for that Tita! It hurts pop hahaha" and Simon laughed also us.

"Simon! Your childhood bestfriend is there beside you" Tita Liza said and Simon look immediately naman.

"Kia! Finally after how many years, we need to have some catch-up huh?" He said and i smiled. "I missed you big time!"

"Yeah, catch-up with you soon! And i missed you so much too." And we hugged each other.

We greeted Vincent also!

"Everyone, let's eat before the foods get cold. And i'm so excited for you guys to taste our famous Empanada's and Longganisa here in Ilocos! Of course many more foods to taste."

"Yeah! Come on everybody let's eat now." Pag-aya rin ni tito Bong saaming lahat.

"It looks so and very delicious!!" Dad's reaction after seeing the foods. And yeah it looks so delicious for me!

We started from eating and we heard the main door opened.

"I guess my son, Sandro is finally there." Tita Liza said and i feel also.

And Tita was right! It's Sandro who arrived.

"Oh! Sorry for everyone for being late. Uhm, i guess good evening to you all! Have a fabulous dinner." Bati ni sandro

"Come and join us here, Sandro! We missed you as we missed your brothers." Mom asked him to come and join.

And he joined the dinner.

"Sandro! I want you to meet your childhood sweetheart, ay este! Childhood friend" ani ni tita nung una ay medyo nagulat ako buti na lang at iniba agad!

"Mom! Uh, sorry everyone my mom is so naughty" He said and he felt so shy.

"Hahaha i was just kidding!! But there oh! There's Kia short for Kiara."

"U-uh sorry i can't remember anything about her, mom." He whispered pero narinig ko pa rin. Because he is near to me.

"Just greet her!" Tita Liza insist him.

"Hi good evening, Kiara! Well we actually met a few days ago, right??"

"H-hello sandro! Yes, we met already in the mall. Nice seeing you for the second time."

After finishing our foods, we had some desserts at their veranda. So we all had some chikahans! And Simon played his guitar.
