Mira's P.O.V.

It was February and its a week before the big day, and I can feel the babies starting to practice for their exit plan. I have two heads pressing against my pelvis and the small of my back. And don't get me started on the Braxton Hicks contractions. The first time that happened, I thought for sure I was headed to the delivery room, but to my dismay, it was a false alarm.

It's been a couple of days, the Braxton Hicks kept on happening, making me think I was going into labor, but it was always a false alarm. I didn't go to the hospital since I didn't want to look like a dork when they told me that it was a false alarm, Sue would come over and check up on me, and tell me that I wasn't going into birth. I was sad that it wasn't happening yet, I would love to meet my sons soon.

I felt discomfort in my stomach, everything felt tight. I noticed that I was getting stretch marks on my stomach, which made me depressed since I didn't want to have them. But Embry kept on reminding me that they would go away once I shift into my wolf since all wounds and scars disappear once you shift. I was uncertain about that, but you never know.

I was laying on my bed in my new house, in a robe, Embry was in the bathroom, making a bath for me. Embry walked in dressed in a pair of shorts, he smiled and said "Your bath is ready now, babe". I smiled at him as he helped me up, he said "Once you get out, I'll give you a back and shoulder massage". I kissed him, I said, "Your so sweet, thank you". I disrobed once I was in the bathroom, I got into the bathtub and soaked in the hot water.

Once I was done with my bath, I got out and put on a warm large shirt. I walked into the bedroom, Embry sat there on the bed. He smiled up at me and said "Ready for your massage?". I nodded my head and situated myself on the bed, Embry worked wonders with his hands, massaging up and down my back and shoulders. It was so nice having a massage, especially with his warm hands.

We went downstairs to have breakfast, which Embry made pancakes. I felt contractions start to happen, I let out a groan as I held onto the table. Embry's eyes widened as he turned off the stove and rushed over, he said "Are these real contractions?". I groaned as I nodded my head, Embry said "Should we take you to the emergency room?". I shook my head, I said "No, we should go when the contractions get close".

Embry nodded his head before walking over to the stove to continue breakfast, which went by fast as he placed it in front of me. I smiled at him before digging into the food, eating it slowly as the contractions made it slightly difficult. Once I was finished eating, I made my way into the living room and sat down while reading a book. Embry came in once he had cleaned the dishes, he sat down and started to rub my feet as he watched tv.

It's been a couple of hours since the contractions, they have gotten closer together. I had called dad telling him the contractions were getting closer, he rushed over to comfort me. I had put on sweatpants to be comfy while also ready just in case we had to go to the hospital. I was sat on the couch while watching tv, rubbing my stomach to soothe it.

The contractions soon started to get closer and closer, which meant it was time to get to the hospital. I let out a scream of pain, Embry and dad rushing over to me. I said "It's time to go to the hospital!", as I screamed. They nodded their heads, Embry said "I'll get the baby bag, can you take her to the car?", as he looked at dad. Dad nodded his head and helped me into the car while Embry rushed up to the nursery to get the bag.

Once we were all in the car, we rushed to the hospital. When we pulled up, Carlisle was already there. Alice must have seen that I was going into labor and called him. Carlisle had called a nurse over with a wheelchair, she came over with it and they helped me get on it. They then wheeled me up to the delivery room, it was all pastels, it was nice and comforting.

They helped me change out of my clothes and into one of those horrendous hospital gowns and then helped me get on the bed, putting my feet in the stirrups. Carlisle looked down and said, "Okay, Mira. Get ready to push". I nodded my head, placing it on the pillow that was there for my convince. Embry came rushing in and immediately got ahold of my hand, dad looked came in, his eyes right on my face. They both had grabbed my hands for comforting me.

I felt agony course through my body, I let a blood-curdling scream rip out of my throat. The scream made it slightly soar, but I just kept on screaming as the agony got worse. Carlisle looked at me from the blanket that was on my thighs, he said "Push!". I nodded my head, clutching both of my hands, and I let out a scream as I pushed. I kept on pushing while also resting, giving myself some room to breathe.

It wasn't long before I heard a baby cry, Carlisle handed the baby over to a nurse. She then went over and whipped him clean of all the goo, before wrapping a blue blanket around him. Carlisle looked at me and said "You still have to push, one more baby to go", as he gave me a light reassuring smile. I nodded my head at him as the nurse came over and handed the baby to Embry, he started to coo at him as he smiled at him.

Dad gave me a reassuring squeeze of my hand, I gave him a faint smile before yelling again. Embry held our baby in one hand while the other held mine, he gave a squeeze as he smiled down at me. I let out screams of pain, dad had a cup of water that had a straw, letting me take sips so that I can hydrate my throat so that it would be less painful. After one painful push, there was a loud baby cry. Carlisle handed the baby over to a nurse to wash and wrapped it in a blue blanket before handing it to me, he then clipped the umbilical cord.

My feet were lowered as I gazed down at one of my beautiful boys. A nurse came in with some papers, she had a gentle smile and said "These are for naming the babies". I gave her a tired smile before signing the names, the firstborn was Charles and the second born was Anthony. Embry had agreed to let me name them while he got to name the girl if we had her. The nurse smiled and said congratulations before walking out of the room.

Although he was only minutes old, Anthony had no problem latching on to my nipple and seemed to grow right before my eyes. I could only hope that when Charles woke up, he would be as hardy and eager. There was a knock at the door, we looked up and saw the pack and Cullen's standing there. They all had smiles on their faces, Rosalie and Alice came over. They both cooed at the baby that I was holding, Emily and Leah going over to Embry and cooed at the baby he held.

Rosalie had a bright smile as she looked at me, she said "He's cute, Mira. What's his name?". I smiled at her as I handed her Anthony, I said "His name is Anthony, he was born second. The baby boy that Embry is holding, his name is Charles". Rosalie held him gentle to her chest, Embry handed me Charles to nurse. Alice placed a blanket over my chest, making sure nobody gets a peek at me. Once Charles was done, a nurse came in.

She had a gentle smile, she said: "These are the discharge paper. Feel free to sign them". She placed them on the side table and then walked out. Embry looked at me surprised, he said "Can you leave today?", as he slightly looked over at Carlisle. Carlisle had a reassuring smile, he said "It's usual for them to do that. If the baby or babies is everything good with them, then they can leave".

I signed the papers to leave, itching to get out of here. Rosalie still held Anthony, Emily coming to hold Charles so that I could get up. Alice came over to help me up and into the bathroom, she had grabbed the bag that I had ready if I ever went into labor. She helped me put on a pair of sweats and one of Embry's big long sleeve shirts, I put my underwear on. Alice handed me a brush for my hair, which I brushed all the knots out of.

I walked out of the bathroom, everything was packed up. Rosalie had put Anthony in his car seat while Embry had Charles in his car seat, they both held the car seats. All of my stuff was in a bag that Seth was holding with a large smile. The nurse from earlier came in and noticed that we were ready, she plastered a smile on her face, she said "I will get you discharged. You are free to go. If you have any questions, please call". We then started to walk out of the room and out of the hospital, Rosalie helped but Anthony was in the car.

Everyone gave us hugs and final congratulations, and with that, we headed over to our house.
