Kalokagathia:  a combination of the good and the beautiful in a person.

"It's delightful when your imaginations come true, isn't it?"

Mira's P.O.V.

It was finally the big day. I was getting married to the love of my life. The wedding dress and bridesmaids' dresses came in a few weeks after I met with Alice. The wedding was on the border of Forks and the Rez so that both sides could go, Alice and Rosalie were helping me get ready while Emily and the girls from the Rez were finishing up with the reception. Alice was doing my makeup while Rosalie was finishing up my hair, it was nice to hang out with them. We were getting ready in a nice small room that was close to the wedding.

A knock was at the door, we looked over and saw my dad standing there. He had a smile on his face, tears pricking up his eyes. He stepped to the side and Tiffany was standing there, she had a gentle smile on her face as she saw me, they both stepped in. Tiffany said "Oh, my, Mira, dear. You look beautiful and you haven't even got your dress on yet", as she brought her hands up to her face as her brown eyes welled up. She looked over at Rosalie and said "I have something to put in her hair, is that okay?".

Rosalie smiled at her and said, "Of course it is. I just finished brushing her hair. Do you have it with you?". Tiffany nodded her head as she pulled out a cloth that was wrapped with something, she pulled back the cloth and a beautiful head wreath piece sat there in her hands. Tiffany smiled and said, "It's not much. But my mother was married with it and I was going to but... now I want you to, keep the traditions going. It's a gold and silver hair vine with small pearls on it, it was from the 1950". I smiled at her as I got out of the chair and gave her a hug, I said "It's beautiful Tiff, thank you", as I gave her cheek a kiss. Dad cleared his throat and said, "Someone is here to see you... Mira. Now don't freak out, I wasn't the one to tell her, Bella was".

I raised a brow before I got a whiff of her Taboo perfume that was encircling her and made me feel nauseous. I glared as the door opened and Renée and her fiance came walking in, she had an easy-going smile as she walked in. I felt Alice and Rosalie go stiff beside me, coming closer just in case I lost control and shifted. Renée smiled over at me with a sickly grin, she said "I'm surprised you didn't invite me to your wedding. I only heard about it from your sister". I felt my muscles start to get tighter, the shaking soon started, I thought 'Paul, Sam, anyone besides Embry. Please come where I am and get this woman out of here before I shift and kill her'.

I felt a prickle in my head, Sam thought 'On my way, don't do anything rash, Mira. You don't want to ruin your wedding and stress the baby'. Renée looked down and noticed the bulging on the robe, she said: "I didn't notice you were pregnant. How ungodly of you. Are you sure it's the man that you are marrying or is some poor soul that just didn't want to raise it with you?". I clenched my fists to calm down, closing my eyes and willing and shoving the anger of what she just said about my imprint. I quickly opened my eyes when I heard a loud slap, Tiffany stood in front of me and had her hand out which was red. Tiffany glared at her as she stood taller than her, she said: "Talk like that about the both of them and I'll do worse than slap you. You might have to see Carlisle for plastic surgery, but knowing how much he cares about Embry and Mira, he probably won't".
