i was now back in vancouver and, honestly, it felt amazing. i was with alex, my boyfriend, misha, rob and the rest of the supernatural family and i couldn't be happier. we had been on hiatus for a few months so i left vancouver and went to los angeles with rob for a movie audition. but, really, it was the worst idea ever and one that i'll never do again. like mentioned earlier, the only good thing about los angeles was literally the fact that i was with rob all the time and he was taking care of me. so, now that i was back in vancouver, i could breathe properly it felt like and i didn't have to worry about anything. other than my boyfriend and my best friends who doubled as my castmates.

"...valencia?" i looked up from my iced vanilla late to see misha had called my name and i shoot him a smile

"hey mish, what's up?" i smiled as he smiles back and sits down across from me

"you never really properly explained what happened in los angeles in the group chat. what was it you were auditioning for again?" misha questioned, concern in his voice as i chuckled and shook my head

"ah, it was for a silly disney movie that my bloody agent forced me to audition for because that wasn't the actual reason why i flew over to los angeles. but, my agent decided that it would become that reason, thank fuck i fired her because she was an absolute arse but, yeah. just, the people i was auditioning for were very rude, very condescending, didn't like the fact that i'd spent my entire acting career on one singular television show and network. deciding that pretty much, i was no longer the right fit for the role, even though they brought up the facts i could sing, dance and act perfectly for the role of the main character. but then decided to change their minds and dump me which, honestly, i'm glad they did in hindsight because fuck los angeles. i'd rather stay here in vancouver and texas," i shrugged my shoulders as misha smiled and nodded his head - despite he did live in los angeles with his wife and children

"honestly, that's fair, valencia. los angeles can be devastatingly brutal and it just isn't the life that some people want. i'm so proud that you stood your ground and refused to let them ruin your integrity and insult you and your brilliant talents. especially your agent, i'm glad you also finally got rid of her, it was about time you had an agent change. i always knew she was fishy and very money and power hungry, focusing and worrying more about your image than anything else. so i'm very proud of you, valencia!" misha smiled, reaching across the table and grabbing my hand as i smiled, lowering my head to the table before bringing it back up quickly

"aw, mish, thank you. that's very sweet of you to say. but, i guess i just did what only ended up being the right thing to do. i didn't want to lose anymore of the control i'd already lost. i didn't want her forcing me to do the things i don't want to do anymore. she hates that i'm still on supernatural and quote 'refusing' to move on from the show. so, i just told her to fuck off and that her services were no longer needed and she was fired. and, she didn't even try to argue or anything, she just straight up left which made it even more easier as i had already met with and picked a new agent who is an absolute god-send," i spoke as misha smiled, gripping my hand tighter as i smiled

"no need to thank me, valencia. besides, now that we're back in vancouver, you're excited to get back into the swing of things again for supernatural?" misha spoke with a head tilt as i snickered and nodded my head excitedly

"of course i am. i've never been more excited for anything else, mish. honestly, just getting to see you all in the same room again is making me feel better," i snickered as misha smiled lovingly as i started to finish my iced vanilla latte
