I headcanon Cricket Green as having ADHD, and this one needs a little less explaining.
He is very impulsive and hyperactive, and is shown on multiple occasions that he strays from important tasks to other things (showing he is at least somewhat easily distractible, something I can relate to). Hell, his possibly having ADHD is mentioned on his character wiki! (link here: https://disney.fandom.com/wiki/Cricket_Green ).
Cricket also hates wearing shoes, and though it's revealed in the episode "Cheap Show" that owns a pair of shoes and he doesn't't wear them because he doesn't want them to get dirty, I also think it's for sensory reasons and that he doesn't like how most shoes feel on his feet.
