Attack on Goodwill Event

It's been officially two months since I've been in Jujutsu Kaisen, and it's been nothing short of a crazy time. I almost died, killed some curses, made two friends, and been told some wacky stuff from a 1,000 year old curse.

Everyone seems to think my job back home is dangerous and something they could never do, but I've learned fighting curses is a bit different than walking next to cheetahs and lions. Those animals weren't breed from negative thoughts and feelings, only existing to cause pain.

I dedicated my life's mission to repay mother nature, and do my best to heal what man has destroyed. But it's not all fluff, sometimes I've had to get my hands dirty, or bloody to be specific. It's not something I like to revisit.

Gojo took Yuji to reunite him with Fushiguro and Kugisaki a few hours ago. We agreed I would be introduced to the students and the rest of the school faculty after the Goodwill Events with Kyoto Jujutsu High. The stress from discovering Sukuna's vessel is alive at the same time as the event and a girl who's been hiding in the basement because she traveled worlds might be too much news at one time.

So I've spent my morning reading jujutsu books from the library. I've been staying out of sight, especially since I'm near the access point to powerful jujutsu objects; such as Sukuna's fingers.

Thinking of, I couldn't stop envisioning my encounter with Sukuna a week ago. Yuji and I decided it would be best not to tell Gojo, or rather I did and then convinced Yuji not to.

What did he mean by connection? Listen to it? That literally makes no fucking sense. If I ever see him again, I'll be sure to get more information.

The truth was, it made me unbearably uncomfortable that Sukuna knows how I feel, and no one else does. I suppose 1,000 years is bound to posses some wisdom. But I truly think he doesn't know anything about world traveling.

I sat outside, crossed legged in the shade with my book on my lap, hidden from view. It was a warm sunny day, but that soon changed. On my right side, the sky turned to a dark purple-grey color.

As I stepped out from under the trees for a better view, a large dome descended over the Goodwill Event area. The students were trapped. Thankfully I recently read about jujutsu domes, so I knew what it was at first glance.

I hurriedly climbed a tree and scanned the area. I was too far to spot anything.

I hopped down and approached the building, checking for jujutsu sorcerers as I entered. There was two, hushedly running down a hallway. I hid at a corner, waiting for them to pass me, but they never did. Instead I heard a cry and a groan, followed by a high pitched snicker.

I've been concealing my presence ever since I left the house I've been living in, but something gave me the feeling I needed a better hiding place.

Just as I was about to take a look to where I last saw the men, another person jogged past me, a deranged smile on his face. I didn't receive enough time for a good look, but stitches ran across his face, his skin an unhealthy shade. His long light blue hair flowed behind him, two thick black ties at the ends.

Why didn't I remember this from the series? Why couldn't I remember anything about the future?

Too late I realized that Geto and his group of curses used the Goodwill Event as a distraction for this man to steal something from the school.

It slowly came back to me.

His name was Mahito, and he was a curse. He's trying to steal Sukuna's fingers.
