Chapter Seven - Larfleeze

As the Talon strike force launched their attack, Lobo and the Storm rushed to action alongside Princess Perry's Royal Guard.

Talon Commando: Kill the princess!

Lobo: Time for some fraggin killing!

Without hesitation, Lobo pulls out two shotguns and begins mowing down the Talon Commandos. When one Talon attempts to blindside the Czarnian, Lobo grabs him by the throat and rips his head off. He then throws the corpse onto another Talon Commando. At this point, all the Storm Hawks did was stay close to the princess. All were horrified by Lobo's brutal display of violence.

Finn: This guy has issues...

Stork: He seems to be....enjoying himself...

Perry: How could someone relish in such....violence?

Aerrow: Your guess is as good as ours....

The Storm Hawks and Princess Perry watched as Lobo dispatched the Talon Commandos in brutal fashion. Some of them attempt run away, but they don't get far as Lobo shoots them down. As more Talons poured into the castle, they were stunned as they saw the bloodied Lobo standing over the bloody mess that was once their fellow Talons. Lobo turns his attention to the terrified Talons with a sadistic smile on his face.

Lobo: Batter up, assholes.

Before the Talons could turn and run, the wall next to them explodes. What follows was a bright blast of orange energy which melts the Talons to a bloody pulp. Seeing this cause Finn to throw up. As the Talons were reduced to bloody puddles, Larfleeze reveals himself and rummages through the bloody puddle. He then pulls out a large shiny Firebolt Crystal.

Larfleeze: HAHAHA! MINE! IT'S MINE NOW!

Lobo: Lar-fucking-fleeze! Just the fucking bastich I wanted to see!

Larfleeze ignored Lobo as he glanced over to Princess Perry. When his eyes falls on Perry's crown, Larfleeze was consumed by his insatiable greed.

Larfleeze: Shiny crown! Mine! It's mine!

Without hesitation, Larfleeze charges at Princess Perry with the intent of stealing her crown by any means necessary. As he launches himself at the princess, the Storm Hawks attempt to halt his advances, but are quickly overpowered by the Orange Lantern. As Larfleeze was about to attack Perry, Lobo steps in and grabs Larfleeze.

Lobo: Come here, you little bastard!

As Lobo attacks Larfleeze, the Czarnian bounty hunter was able to land some powerful hits on the Orange Lantern, Larfleeze eventually breaks free and attacks Lobo with a orange construct of a monster.

Lobo: Now we're talking!

Larfleeze: Eat him Glomulus!

As the construct attacks Lobo, Lobo unloads his shotguns on the construct with limited success. Despite this, Lobo was having a good time.

Lobo: IS THAT THE BEST YOU GOT, YOU FUCKING BASTICH?! I CAN DO THIS ALL DAY!

As Lobo continues to attack the construct, Glomulus swoops in and seemingly devours Lobo. Upon seeing this, the Storm Hawks were in shock.

Finn: Holy shit! That orange thing just totally ate that guy!

Stork: And we're probably next....

Junko: What are we going to do, Aerrow?!

Aerrow: Everyone form up! We'll have to take him together! Watch out for those energy blasts!

As the Storm Hawks were about to attack Larfleeze, muffled explosions were heard. They all turned around to see Glomulus expanding until the construct bursts into a fiery explosion with Lobo standing tall with minor burns.

Larfleeze: No! You popped my Glomulus!

Before Larfleeze could react, Lobo lunges at Larfleeze and begins to beat him down!

Lobo: Now that I got your attention, you're gonna wanna listen to this. I got a client who really wants to talk to you. I'm here to bring you and that lantern of yours to him.

Larfleeze: N...no! You're going to steal my Orange Shiny! You can't have it! It's mine! Mine mine mine! It's not yours! It's mine!

Lobo: I don't give a flying fuck about your orange shiny. I'm more interested in bringing your stinking hide back to my clients and getting paid. We can do this the easy way or the hard way. And here's a little hint for you, bastich. The Main Main ain't afraid to break some fingers, especially where your little ring is.

Larfleeze! No! You can't take my ring! You can't take my Orange Shiny! It's mine! ALL OF IT IS MINE!

As Larfleeze says this, his body began to glow with orange energy as he was consumed by his greed.

Lobo: Aw shit.

Larfleeze then uses his Ring to form a claw construct and attacks Lobo.

Larfleeze: What's mine is mine and mine and mine. And mine and mine and mine! Not yours!

As Larfleeze recites the Orange Lantern oath, he blasts Lobo with a powerful blast of Orange Energy. Lobo attempts to push his way through the energy blast, he is eventually overpowered and blasted against the throne. This renders Lobo unconscious, leaving the Storm Hawks shocked.

Piper: Such power....

Larfleeze: IT'S MINE! NO ONE CAN HAVE MY ORANGE SHINY! IT'S MINE! MINE MINE MINE MINE! IT'S MINE! IT WILL ALL BE MINE!

It was clear to the Storm Hawks that Larfleeze was driven by greed. They had never seen such avarice in a creature. Despite the immense power Larfleeze had, the Storm Hawks were ready to fight the Orange Lantern. As the Storm Hawks were about to attack, Larfleeze simply flies away, crashing through the ceiling. As Larfleeze escaped, the threat seemed to have ended. But it was clear to them that once Lobo got up, he would not be happy at the fact that Larfleeze had gotten the better of him and escaped. But this would not be the last time they would encounter Larfleeze.
