"Why did you ask, dad? Do you know her?" tinanong ko rin si dad pabalik.
O diba, tinanong ako, tinanong ko rin, hahaha. Parantanga yarn, self? Charzz.
"Oh no, dear. Kapangalan lang niya friend ko na ayun...Nasa langit na siya" He sighed.
Sabi na eh. A friend of my dad's died named Althea rin.
DAD'S POV
Ang dami-daming pwedeng mapanaginipan na mga ibang pangalan ng tao..Bakit Althea pa?
No.. This can't be happening...This could be a sign na onti-onti na niyang malalaman ang totoo... I won't let that happen. Lalo lang masisira ang Samahan namin ni Athena...
"Nak, it's almost 6. For sure nag-aalala na mommy mo dahil 4pm labas mo ng school at ngayon ka palang uuwi. Samahan na kita pauwi, okay? It's getting dark na."
"Hindi po ba magagalit si mom if nakita niyang kasama ko po kayo, dad?"
"No. I also need to talk to her, sweety"
ATHENA'S POV
I really hope na hindi magalit si mom if nakita niyang nakasama ko si dad for a while. Sandali lang kami sa café uminom ng coffee. Hindi na kami nagtagal because mom wouldn't be happy if hindi pa ako nakakuwi ng bahay before 6 pm.
As we arrived, mom was standing outside the house with a serious face.
"Mom, I know ayaw mo 'kong kasama si dad. I'm sorry, please don't be mad..."
I sincerely apologized.
"Athena, go to your room now. RIGHT NOW." Mom said immediately after I apologized.
I quickly headed to my room, and locked the door and covered my ears.
Tinakpan ko mga tenga ko para hindi ko marinig mga sumbatan nila. I've been doing this bata pa lang ako. Sanay na'ko sa ganto, but still...Masakit pa rin..
"Bakit ba lapit ka nang lapit kay Athena? Hindi ba sinabihan na kita ilang beses na. LAYUAN MO NA KAMI. WE ARE NO LONGER YOUR FAMILY, RANDY"
"I love our daughter, Joana. I would do anything to make her happy. Alam ko masaya siya makita ako or makausap. I'm also her parent. I have the right to talk and to see her."
Even if takpan ko tenga ko I can still hear their arguments. Walang saysay din lang pag takip..God..please help..stop this nonsense...
Habang tinatakpan ko ng tinatakpan tenga ko, hindi ko namalayan naka tulog na pala ako.

"Athena? Athena, wake up."
"Althea? Ikaw nanaman?? Is that really you? OMG IT'S YOU AGAIN!" I asked as I opened my eyes and got up from the grass.
Gulat na gulat talaga 'ko noong nakita ko ulit si Althea.
"Oo, ano kaba, ako lang 'to hahaha. I know you're not okay. Come on, let's go somewhere peaceful." Nagagalak na wika ni Althea.
"Althea...Ang weird..Pa'no kita napanaginipan ulit?? Yes, I know na this is all just a dream and---"
Hindi ko na natuloy pa sinabi ko dahil nagsalita na agad si Althea.
"I know, Athena. Alam kong nasa panaginip mo lang ako, even though I'm just here existing in your dreams, let me still make you happy. You deserve this." She said with a smile while looking directly into my eyes. Then she held my hand.
