The Forgotten Child

The pasta in my mouth suddenly felt very bland, and once again fear went through me for some reason. I knew for a fact Stone and the others would be furious with me for sneaking out. They would ask me a million questions about what happened and why I was hurt and to be honest I didn't want to answer any of them.

"Oh okay", I said looking around for my shoes, my emotions once again going back into a box, knowing that in a while, I would be sat with my brothers disscussing how reckless and how idiotic I was.

"You can stay here, I can tell them to fuck right off if you want?", Mike said, obviously sensing my bad mood about going home.

"No its alright, they would probably call the police or something knowing them", I said sadly, seeing my worn out trainers in the corner by the front door. I walked over and put them on as slowly as I could.

"Hey, it's alright, I'll see you at school in a few days", He said with a smile. I just shook my head. School was only a few days away, gosh these days have just flown by.

"I know, but they will probably just yell and lecture me till tommorow", I said sadly, with tears coming into my eyes. Normally I wouldn't dare show that it bothered me, but I felt like I could with Mike, it was like I had known him for my entire life.

"Just call me if they do, and we can talk if you want", He said nervously, but I could tell he was thinking. I put a hand onto his cheek, as if by instinct he melted into it.

"Of course, and like you said, school will be in a few days anyway, I'll just stay in my room until then", I said with a smile, but he didn't smile back, he looked almost... hesitant to let me leave and go back to hell.

I kinda wanted him to stop me to be honest, to have my back and stay in here with me forever. But of course it was a complete fantasy. I walked outside whilst he walked with me.

"Hey kiddo", I heard William say from beside me, with his car right behind him.

"Hey Willie, so what have they been like?", I asked with a worn down smile.

"Pacing alot, arguing alot, they had lawyers over the other day", He said and opened the door me to get in. Mike was looking William up and down the entire time, as if calculating what he was like.

"SEE YOU TILLS!", I heard Shaun shout from the top window. The others were with him waving as I waved back. I then got into the car, giving Mike a small kiss on the cheek as I left, whispering a thank you in his ear, which made his hair stand up.

I then got into the car and William drove off back to my own personal hell.

It was about half an hour before I got back to the mansion. I got out the car slowly, thanked William for the ride and made my way into the house. 

I closed the door as quietly as possible and tiptoed to my room. I got up the stairs, and towards my door hallway, but not before my arm got caught by a giant hand.

"We want to see you in the office", Millian said from behind me. He let me go and walked off as I sighed in relief. Great this is just what I needed. I just wanted to hide out in my room. It will be finished now and the paint all should be dried so I could technically camp out up there for hours upon end.

I knew I had to be strong and to not be afraid of them. They weren't going to do anything to me, and if they did it would be good to show in court. I should probably contact a judge or something then get a lawyer. I had money for a good one as well so I should be free of them pretty soon.

I came to Stones office where I heard whispering inside. I knocked and it all stopped and I heard a come in from inside. I opened the door quite quickly and sat in the seat opposite Stones desk.
