After the exposure of Diana's true identity Pierson decided to keep her in Turner's office, where she was doing copies of documents as a form of punishment. Both him and Turner wanted Diana to stay on the ship against her will. About others, her relations with her team didn't change. Daniels was coming from time to time to chat with her. Even Stiles, who was sometimes lending her books. But when Zussman or anyone else was trying to visit her, Pierson didn't let them in. Then Diana asked Pierson to let her see her squad and say goodbye before the briefing and he agreed.

''What are you guys doing?'' - asked Diana. It was almost evening when she came to meet with them.

''If it isn't the sweetheart of the first platoon.'' - said Zussman, coming in her way. ''Hello, my lady. Is there anything I can help you with?''

''Sweetheart? No, no, no. That title belongs to Pierson. Am I right, Red?''

''Definitely.'' - he replied with a smirk.

''I just came to visit you guys. To be honest... I miss you all.''

''Aww. Come here.'' Zussman hugged her tightly to comfort her.

''Okay, Zussman. You can let me go.''

''Don't you want to stay longer in my arms?''

Zussman didn't want to release her from his hug, so Daniels had to pull him away from Diana. ''Actually, we miss you too. A lot.'' - added Daniels.

''Does sergeant know that you're here?'' - asked Stiles.

''Ugh. Shut it, college.'' - growled Aiello. ''She came here to visit us. Come on.'' He waved at her to sit down. ''I have some cookies if you want.''

''Hey! I'm not done talking with her.'' - said Zussman.

''Oh yeah?''

Their chat reminded her of the time they spent together back at the boot camp. Even if she hid her true identity, they were still treating her as their friend.

''Guys...Can you do something for me?''

''Yes?'' - all boys said in unison and because of that they burst into laugh.

''Take me with you to France. Please.''

''What?!''

''The first platoon is where I belong. I'm going with you and no one will change my mind. Sitting back at home and waiting for the news whether you survived would drive me crazy.'' But they kept being quiet. ''Fine. If you don't want to help me, I'll find a way on my own.''

Diana was about to leave when she heard Aiello saying: ''Alright. If that can make you happy, then yeah.''

It didn't take much time to find a way to help Diana, but being there all together and having fun it was natural that they lost track of time.

''So he asks me for my watch...'' Zussman was telling another story, while playing with his knife.

Just as Diana took a glance at him, he cut his finger. ''Hmm. So that's why he wears those gloves.'' - muttered Diana, who was drawing a picture of boys at that time. ''Was he practicing this all night?'' But Daniels only shrugged in reply. He was too busy writing in his diary. Then Aiello came up with a bet. He took out his pendant and placed it on the table. ''Can't you play another game? Maybe not a russian roulette but something safier. Like... uh... dunno... monopoly?''

''Please, no russian roulette. Zussman would like to try any game that is risky.'' - said Stiles.

''I can tell.'' Diana sighed tiredly.

''My money is on Zussman.'' - said Daniels after picking up a knife to place it in front of Zussman.

''Not you too, Red.'' Diana shook her head in disbelief.
