Diana was in a steady relationship with Pierson, although they kept it a secret. Not only they were in love. Zussman was busy flirting with Vivian and didn't hide his affection for her. Even if he tried to act normal, it was too obvious that he was hitting on her, making poses with his gun and smiling knowingly at Vivian. He wasn't so good in hiding his feelings as Turner.

''Is your leg okay now?'' - asked Turner, coming in her way. Diana shyly nodded, wondering if he still wanted to get rid of her and that's why he started a conversation with her. ''I heard that you and Pierson are together.''

''Don't tell me you came to separate us again.''

''No, I came to say sorry. I was fucking rude to you, maybe because of jealousy. If you truly loves him, that's alright. But if he hurts you, just tell me and I will be right there.''

''Thank you. That's kind of you.''

''So... Are we good now?''

''Of course, we are. Don't worry, you're still my good friend.'' Diana hugged him tightly.

''Friend...'' Turner smiled bitterly. In his arms was the woman he secretly loved and she called him a friend. After he learnt that she was Pierson's girlfriend, he couldn't find the courage to reveal his true feelings. He wouldn't do that to his longtime friend, Pierson.

''There you two are.'' Crowley came with plenty of maps in his arms. ''Let's start a meeting, shall we?''

''I've just finished preparing a plan. Come in.'' Right after Crowley came Rousseau and next Pierson, who looked suspiciously at Turner. He stood next to Diana, who was then standing between him and Turner.

''Diana, you know your part. I don't need to repeat myself then. Using the documents we obtained from the train, Rousseau and I will pose as Nazi officers to infiltrate the Garrison.''

''What was that sound?'' - asked curious Diana, hearing the squeak of tires outside.

''This way, gentlemen.'' Rousseau led them outside on the terrace. ''Tonight everything we've lost, everything we've fought for, will mean something. Tonight we take back our city.''

''Nice speech, Rousseau. Few words can make a trick. Now that I think about it, my father should note this.''

''Garrison.'' - said Crowley, pointing at the building far away. ''Our contact there will supply us with explosives. And when we blow the gates, that'll be your signal to approach.''

''We're counting on you.'' - added Rousseau.

Everyone had solemn expressions on their faces besides sleepy Aiello, who had to sum up the speech. ''That's why you woke me up? Just for this? I'm leaving.''

''Me too.'' Stiles also left.

''Don't follow me, college!''

''There's only one door, you know?''

''Then climb the roof!''

''What's with those two?'' - asked Diana, giggling.

''Hey.'' Pierson got closer to Diana. ''What is your task this time? Crowley didn't mention a word.''

''I didn't want to make you worry.''

''Tell me.''

''You'll know soon.'' Diana winked playfully at him.

''If we win this battle, I'll make you officially my woman.''

''Wait, what?'' But she didn't get the answer because he quickly left with a proud smirk on his face.
