Aliz woke in a cold sweat. She's been having dreams, flashes of faces. She knows why. She is one of few natural-born Xenians, of the planet Xena. Due to inter-breeding, people of all races now live on this old planet.
But for Aliz to be a pureblood, it comes with... stuff...
Xenian females at the age of 19 or 20 will gain their Link-Lines, which are direct connections to their mates.
Yes. Mates. They get a total of 7 mates, men or women. When near said people, it's like a magnet. They'll be drawn together until they are together.
No one knows why this is the case. Many feel it's a curse, because, you know, that's a lot of people...
Aliz, or also known as Scarlett by those closest to her, got a bad feeling about this. She always wondered what the fuck was she gonna do with 7 fucking people. She hates attention, crowds, etc.
The first face she saw and could fully make out from her dreams was a Caucasian male, who seemed human. He was tall, and quite frankly, Hot as Hell. And she always heard a name, William.
"William," She said aloud as if testing it out. "William, I hope you're not a total fuck."
She worked as an aid to gifted kids at the School of Wisdom. So, she got up to prepare herself for the day.

Aliz P.O.V. :
I hope I don't look too goth. Either way, I'm not changing. We're having a Children's doctor come in today, from a planet called Pax. From what I hear, it's an awful place. The planet has been waring within itself for hundreds of years.
I hope this doctor isn't a total dickwad. I stepped outside and took in the view. It amazed me sometimes. Other times it annoyed me. But this is home. I can't change that.
