Honestly, he can put me in a wheelchair, like🧎🏾‍♀️👩🏾‍🦽🤦🏾‍♀️😉 Anywhore, the lead female character has autism, and my nephew has it, and I know how it goes, so don't come for me. She's gonna have weird quirks... Enjoy luvies, this can get sad.

Hi. My name is Maddiy. It's pronounced 'Maddy', so I don't really know why it's spelled the way it is. I have autism, I'd love to have more than one friend, but I'm timid. People make me nervous, and I'm socially awkward.

I'd say that I'm close to my parents, but they're dead. I was five years old at the time, but I do vividly remember what happened. The summer had been so dry and immensely hot. Somehow a wire got a spark and burned down the house. One small spark changed my whole life. I ended up living with my godparents, who happen to be my lone friends' parents.

Yes, Dacre is my one friend. He literally implanted his person into my life. I really had no choice. Either stay in the corner of my new schoolroom or befriend the 7-year old that invaded my space... You know which one I chose. He's worked so hard to get me out of my shell, but it protects me. Why would one get rid of their guaranteed safety net?

Dacre is an actor, a big one. And I'm proud of him and for him. But he always seems to make time to come home to us, his family. Yes, we're doing that cliche thing where I'm in love with him and everyone knows, including him. 'Then why the fuck aren't you together?!' He has an amazing life that doesn't need me in it. I know I don't look it, but I do have autism, it's real, and it's a lot. Besides, he's my best friend before anything, and I'm good with that.
