Not as planned 1.5 - Katsuki and Eijiro

Summary

Katsuki triggers accidentally some bad memories in Izuku.

Okay, well, I have no idea, what came over me here, but the next 2 Chapters will be incredibly brutal. This was originally only one chapter, but because of it's length, it split it into two. Alright, I do NOT want to trigger anything for you, so, I will mark the parts, that are to read with caution.

In this part, there will be Lucia's past in the prison camp, and in the next chapter, there will be Izuku's past in the same camp, and their interactions with the Doctor. Basically, the text that is in cursive, is the bad part. It is up to you, if you want to read it or not. It is more descriptive in the cursive parts, but at least the most important things will be summarized by Lucia when she is talking to Katsuki and the others. It is up to you if you feel good enough to read the torture parts.
While it is informative on some things, it is by no means a must read. I really have no clue why on earth I went into so much detail with Izuku's part, I just wanted to add this one little detail and this one and suddenly I had 12k words over all (now split between the chapters)

This is mainly to showcase what Shigaraki is currently going through ...

For the next couple of weeks, Michiko was in constant contact with her lawyer, which was, ironically, Isao Okuda, Hiroto's older brother. Isao was her lawyer for years, he had even helped her deal with her own shitty family. He was just the best lawyer out there.

She wanted to check out this Dr. Carter. But Tartarus was a really hard case, they wouldn't give information willingly to them, and since Isao didn't have anything against Carter, aside from a few bad feelings, he was not allowed to investigate him further.

This was a major setback, but Michiko was not willed to let this slide so easily. She suspected foul play inside of the prison, and even though she didn't want Shigaraki outside of it ever again, she couldn't stand the thought of him being used for experiments.

Toya agreed on that, he didn't hate Shigaraki that much that he would wish something like that upon him. But they needed something to get a case on Carter.

So, they were sitting in the agency, Hiroto and Isao were with them. "Damn, I mean this Carter, where is he from? Maybe if we check his background?" Sougo murmured.

"This could be a possibility, as it stands, my hands are bound, we need something," Isao said.

Michiko was sitting in her chair, she was thinking hard, there had to be something.

Kuroko grumbled. "Maybe, we should look in Africa? We suspect that he's with Hiko and she said she was in Africa for some time. As far as I know, the 'God' of Africa is an electricity user as well" she suggested.

"Africa ... but how do we get information about Africa? I suspect you don't have the number of this so-called 'God' here somewhere?" Michiko growled.

"Of course not ..." Kuroko hissed.

Katsuki snapped his fingers. "Izuku!" Exclaimed. The others looked at him. "Well, while he was living with the Ridgways, he was with them in Africa. His wife Lucia is from Egypt, too! And as far as I know, she had contact with this God guy, maybe she met Carter, too?"

"Makes, sense" Isao said. "Then we should call them."

"But it's in the middle of the night in Ireland!" Katsuki said.
