"Yes! Pizza!" Rafael called out, as Landon and Josie placed a couple boxes of pizza down on the kitchen table, as everyone else were slumped into chairs, surrounding the table.

"So, Lizzie has some news." Cassie said, glancing at Lizzie with a proud smile. "Uh— what are you talking about, Cassie?" Lizzie quickly asked, as Hope amongst others looked confused. Finch had a look of worry on her face, which caused Josie to raise an eyebrow at her girlfriend.

"I heard you on the phone to your Dad, telling him about some new job offer. You were really loud— I swear I wasn't even trying to listen." Cassie explained, as Finch instantly looked to Lizzie, who looked as though she wanted to disappear.

"Lizzie... what is she talking about?" Hope asked, as the Saltzman sighed, "I thought I was home alone." She admitted with embarrassment, but she couldn't avoid Hope's look. "Eight of us live in this apartment... the chance of being home alone is so rare." Landon reminded her. Cassie looked between the girlfriends, instantly feeling bad for saying anything as she had expected Hope to have known.

"I... got offered a job in Paris, as a fashion designer for this really incredible, high end business." Lizzie finally said, as Hope blinked in surprise, taking a moment to process this.

"You're... considering taking a job in France?" The Mikealson asked. Lizzie nodded, before she reluctantly responded, "Yeah, I am Hope." Hope shook her head, feeling surprised, frustrated and confused all at the same time. "I wasn't even aware that this was a possibility." She said once she could conjure any words.

The blonde's face softened, "Neither had I. I didn't think it would go anywhere, so I didn't mention it. I didn't want to worry you over anything." She assured the auburn haired girl.

"So what happens now.. are you going to break up with me?" Hope reluctantly asked, as suddenly everyone else at the table felt uncomfortable, like they weren't supposed to be listening to this conversation.

"We should... probably not sit here and listen to this conversation..." Rafael awkwardly muttered, before looking amongst the others. Unfortunately, everyone stayed quiet, as the pizza was on the table so they didn't want to leave.

Priorities, right?

"Hope, I love you. And I don't have any intention to end things, but this is my dream." The blonde explained. You're my dream, is what Hope wanted to say, but instead she said, "Then what? My life is in New York. My family, my friends and my future career... it's all here, Lizzie." Hope reminded the girl though her voice trailed off, as it sounded as though she wanted to cry.

Deep down, they both knew what was coming.

"I think we're way past the long distance stage." Hope added, as Lizzie nodded, "Yeah... we are." She replied, now sounding like she too wanted to cry.

"Don't you guys think this is a rash decision?" Finch asked, feeling the angsty tension fill the air. The Tarrayo certainly didn't want the girlfriends to break up. "Maybe you guys can think it over, there are plenty of good jobs here." Cleo spoke up.

Landon looked to Cleo, "Are you telling me you wouldn't travel across the world for a job like that?" He asked, as he understood that it was Lizzie's dream.

"Guys, maybe we should stay out of this." Josie suggested, but her suggestion got shut down and everyone continued to talk.

Cleo turned to Landon, "Well, I'm not dating somebody in this group, so it is a little different." She admitted. "Right... course. Because I told you that I'm in love with you in a completely platonic way." The Kirby suddenly said, as everyone fell silent.

"I'm sorry, you did what?" Josie asked, breaking the awkward silence. "Why don't you stick to your original plan of staying out of it, Jo." Landon fired back, regretting his decision to throw himself into the spotlight now. "Sorry I just.. think it's strange that I haven't heard about this." Josie mumbled, as Finch gave Landon a glare for his snarky comment.

"You want to know what happened? I finally built up the courage to ask out somebody, instead of running away from the chance of a beautiful relationship." Landon stated, pretty much calling Josie out for the way she treated Finch before they began dating.

Nevertheless, Finch and Josie has talked it out and Josie had apologised for it, so there was no need to bring this up. Especially considering that was nearly 3 years ago.

"Landon, maybe if you focused more on important things instead of your love life, you could keep a job for longer than two weeks." Finch piped up, seeming very fired up now.

"Well maybe if you focused on your social life more, you wouldn't have to worry that the only few friends you made through college assignments, could leave you." Landon fired back, now angrier.

"Fuck you!" Finch hissed, getting up now. "And that's rich coming from you!" She added, as Landon didn't seem to have a lot of friends either.

"Guys!" Cassie got to her feet. "Stop, don't say that! Obviously none of it is true." She said, trying to difuse the situation.

Finch had enough and got out of her seat and walked towards the balcony door, needing some air. Josie got to her feet, being quick to follow but not before shooting Landon a glare.

"Okay. Well there are some very important conversations that need to be had." Cassie said, though she glanced at Rafael as if to say, let's leave them alone.

The couple got to their feet, and Rafael took another slice of pizza while the four other roommates bickered amongst eachother at the table. Cleo with Landon, and Hope with Lizzie.

"Yeah well, I'm done here." Hope said, getting to her feet as she was quick to turn and leave the table. "Hope, babe wait—" Lizzie squeaked, going after the girl. "We'll figure this out."

Hope spun around, looking at Lizzie with a face full of anger and heartbreak. "There's nothing to figure out. It looks like you have made your choice."

Cassie watched the girlfriends, feeling tears fill her eyes as she felt as though this whole ordeal had been her fault.
