chapter 24 ~please...don't leave~

  As Tommy pulled away from you, you only gripped his shirt more. "Please stay..I can't...I can't..do this without you..please.."
  You seemed to still be half alseep, so he wasn't sure if you were talking to him or if you thought he was someone else.

  Your vision was blurry, but you could make out Tommy's figure as he held you. You didn't want him to ever see you like this, but there was no one else. Eri was asleep and she might freak out.
  You just needed someone with you...you couldn't handle crying in the dark after that memory.

   Yawning, you laid your head on his shoulder while he rubbed your back in a soothing manner. A light blush dusted across your cheeks as you just realized what you were doing.
   You pushed your gay thoughts away and just relaxed. You wanted so badly to tell him about what you had saw, but you were afraid.

  You were afraid that he would call you a monster, that he would push you away and leave you alone with your horrid thoughts..
   You were scared of what he might think of you, it really scared you. So you decided to not tell him.
  "...I just had a nightmare. Sorry if I scared you..and don't we have somewhere to go today?" You asked, trying to avoid the previous topic as much as you could.
   He realized this, but also panicked as his eyes landed on a clock that had been hanging on a wall in the room you were staying in.

  "Crap! We have to hurry, we'll be late if we don't leave the house right now!! Shoot- Phil's gunna kill meeee" Tommy cried out as he let you go, trying to get to the front door in a rush.
   You quickly got in the washroom and splashed water on your face, drying yourself, and rushing out the door with Tommy.

   "When will they be here to watch those two? I don't want to have them wake up with no supervision..and you are sure that you know these people enough to trust them with those chaos kids?"
   You asked, almost feeling a sense of dread for the 'babysitter'.
   "Whatever, it doesn't matter right now, we have to go!" Tommy spoke as you both got in the car that Will had been waiting in for almost 15 minutes.

   "What the hell took so long??" Will asked, very much annoyed.
  "Well..uh..Eri had a bit of a nightmare so we had to calm her down, yep!" Tommy said, hoping that Wilbur would take the poor exuse that he had come up with on the spot.
  "Okay..well, I called Phil, and he's already waiting for us to arrive. He doesn't mind waiting an extra minute or so, but we need to hurry there." Wilbur explained, in a bit of a rush.
    This day couldn't get any worse could it?
