V-Kat 7: Hospital

V's POV:

I just finished buying stuff for my camera because Kat accidently broke my camera lense and didn't pay for it.

After half an hour looking for a lenses, I decided to buy some groceries for both of us. I called Kat if she wants to buy something here para hindi na sya lalabas.

-Call-
V: Hey Kat im in the groceries right now, may ipapabili ka ba?
K: Wala naman but are you done yet? im scared, wala akong kasama.
V: But i need to buy foods for us kasi wala na tayong supply ng food.
K: Ok fine just be fast, di ako sanay na mag isa dito.
V: Seriously? we've been living there for a year now pero takot ka pa rin?
K: You're always here by my side and im also scared that something might happen to you
V: Ok sige, I'll just order online uuwi na din ako.
K: Do you want me to pick you up just to make sure you're safe?
V: No! I'm fine antayin mo nalang ako ok?
K: Okay..Be safe!
V: You too

Namiss agad ako hahaha anyways I'll just grocery online and go home because im also tired walking and searching everywhere for my precious lenses.

Nakalabas nako ng mall and i decided to book grab.

5 minutes later, dumating na si manong driver. He's in the other side of the road so i need to cross just to get there.

While im walking, I was suddenly ran over by a car. I don't remember anything after that and i only remember that is Kat crying beside my bed.

Kat's POV:

I've been waiting for 2 hours now and im getting worried because something bad might happen to her. Malapit lang mga mall dito sa BGC kaya madali lang umuwi.

Suddenly some random number called me.
(RP means random person btw)

-Call-
K: Hello? Who's this?
RP: Do you know who's name Victoria Velasquez Vincent?
K: Y-yes i know her, what about it?
RP: Well she was ran over by a car but we didn't get the chance to catch the driver.
K: I knew it.. Where is she?!
RP: 50 50 buhay nya ngayon because of what happened, nasa St. Luke's Hospital sya ngayon.
K: Thank you. And please i beg you to find the person who did that to her.
RP: Yes ma'am we promise, ingat po kayo.

I didn't get to change my pajamas because im on a hurry. I immediately grabbed my bag with my wallet,phone and my car key.

-10 minutes later-

Here i am where V is. I'm really scared to loose her, she's very important to me that I'll do whatever she wants expect for the camera that i accidently broke..

-In the reception-
K: Hi, Where is Victoria Velasquez Vincent's room?
Nurse: Kamag-anak ma'am?
K: No, I'm her best friend.
Nurse: She's in the emergency room ma'am, go left then straight then you'll find it.
K: Thank you but do you have her things, i want to keep it.
Nurse: Sure po wait lang po...here
K: Thank you.

While im trying to find the emergency room, I couldn’t stop myself from crying.

After a minute i finally found the emergency room. The nurse told me to wear gear before i get in. She's so innocent, why would they do that to her..

Finally im inside, di pa 'ko nakakapasok iyak na ako ng iyak. She's covered with blood and the doctor told me that there's a chance that she can't survive and a small chance to live.

Its been 23 minutes and im still crying then suddenly V's heart beat stopped. I immediately asked a help and they took care of her while im waiting praying that she'll live.

-Fast Forward-

I think they're done..Pero bakit sila malungkot nung lumabas..?

Some nurse and a doctor approached me.

-Conversation-
K: How is she?!
Doctor: Sorry to say ma'am but di nya na kinaya.. We did everything we could but masyado na syang nabawasan ng blood.
K: No.. please say you're joking.
Doctor: I wish we can but wala na po talaga sya.
Doctor: Dahil sa nangyari ay ang daming dugo ang nawala sa kanya. Give it to her nurse.
K: What's this..
Doctor: That's the last thing we saw in her pocket.
Nurse: The car impacted her so hard that caused her to death.
Doctor: We'll leave you here for now.

I didn't hesitate to open what the nurse gave me and i couldn't stop crying again because of what i saw.

Maybe in the other life, we'll meet again, My love.
