My eyes slowly opened by the bright light coming from the window, did I fall asleep? Looking up I smiled slightly. So it wasn't a dream, Aunt really apologized to me. I just hope it stays like this now. But it probably won't, I honestly thought this was a dream.... All of it, maybe if I-
Harry then pinched his arm but let out a yelp of pain. "ok, it's not a dream then" he sighed as he got up from the couch, he wrapped his aunt back in the blanket. Since it was abit cold, he went to the kitchen and pulled out a pan. He opened the fridge and took out bacon, eggs and sausages.(😳) As he started cooking he heard a groan come from the living room and footsteps, getting louder. The door opened and there revealed his tired aunt, she looked at him and smiled "How was your sleep?". (Made no sense)
"It was fine...-" he was startled when she lightly pushed him away from the oven. "You should get the plates, I'll do the cooking" he was actually shocked. He's been doing this ever since he was five, but it felt nice to know she cared- at least now. He did as he was told and leaned against the counter, as he grabbed two plates and two glasses. He walked over to the table and placed them down on it, careful not to drop anything.
Five to ten minutes later his aunt began to put the food on the plates, putting the pan in the sink. She grabbed orange juice from the fridge and poured them a glass of it. Putting it back Harry and His aunt started eating breakfast. Harry and her had a really good talk, he told her all about the wizarding world. She actually enjoyed listening to it, usually she hated it. Only cause her sister was a witch and she wasn't, and all her parents would talk about is her. Petunia hated Lily for that, that's why she shut magic out of her life and moved on with a normal one.
Once they were done breakfast, Petunia took the dishes and placed them in the sink for later. When she would wash them.
"I wonder if my friends will come soon... It's almost September.. "
Harry mumbled and Petunia sighed "Im sure they will Harry" She smiled placing a hand on his shoulder.
"I'm sure they will.... "
