I woke up in the morning refreshed. I made sure to check on Natasha before I made my way to the shower. She was still sleep so I had time to get ready. As I entered the shower I could feel the rush of the warm water hitting my skin, as if it was washing all my troubles.
After my shower, I went on to my next project which was trying to find something to wear. I figured that since it was kind of warm today I'd wear navy blue midi skirt with my navy blue blazers with gold buttons. I picked out my white button down blouse along with some classy nude colores heels.
I tapped my chin thinking about what to do with my hair. I decided on a nice bun with a part on the side. After getting my self together I went into the kitchen. I decided to make some toast,eggs, grits,and bacon.
After breakfast was finished I woke up Natasha. "Wake up Natasha." I said as I poked her cheeck softly. She quickly pushed my hand away.
"Come onn ... If the sky is awake you have to be awake." She looked at me from the corner of her eye.
"Otwaayy" I picked her up and brought her to the kitchen. After she ate and I cleaned the kitchen. I helped her brush her teeth and find an outfit. WE decided on a pink sweater that had the words 'mommy loves me' on it along with some dark jeans and a pair of her pink Adidas.
My baby lookes cute, but I had to do something with her hair. I decided to give her two puff balls. She picked out some gold stud earings, and with that we were on our way. I made sure to bring her an extra few snacks, just in case she got hungry.
When I pulled into my mothers driveway, she was already waiting for me. I passed her Natasha things. Bringing Natasha in gave her a kiss, " Mommy loves you".
"I love you" Natasha said as she gave me a kiss. My mom looked at me and told me we still had things to discuss. I just shook my head and walked to my car. As I pulled out of the driveway I waved to Natasha.
While I was on the freeway, it made me think about a lot of things. About Dominic and his abscence. My mother and her constant badgering . All of those things consumed my mind as I pulled up to my job. As all of you know I do internships, but I do also have a job.
Walking into the building I could here my boss booming voice before I even entered his office. As I approached his door, " Come in already!"
When he noticed it was me his facial expression changed. "Good morning, Ms. Matheews."
"Good morning Mr. Galles." That's when I noticed someone sitting standing in the corner. I looked over to the stranger, he was handsome I must admit. He had a nice bone structure, clean cut with his black suit on.
"This is Ahmad Collins, your going to be working with him now." I reached out to shake his hand, " Nice to meet your Mr. Collins, I am Taylor Matheew

I starred at the lady right in front of me. I really didnt want to work with her, but I had no choice. I wanted to do the internship with the directors. So now I'm stuck with her. I hope she isn't annoying, I would hate to have to hurt her feelings, but then again I probably wouldn't even care. I stared at her hand that she had towards me to give me a hand shake. I hope she didnt think that I was going to shake hands with her, because that was not the case.
She akwardly put her hand back and just smiled it off. Mr. Galles broke the silence, "Well Ms. Matheews you can show him to you guys office." She quickly smiled at Mr. Galles and she walked out of the office with me following behind. I couldn't help the smirk on my face. She had to be one of those women who sucked her way to the top. Let's be real, she doesn't seem smart and look how she dresses. You would think a woman who was about her business wouldn't be dressed like that, but I guess I was mistaken.
Once we entered the office I closed the door and began to speak.
"Let me keep this short and simple for you baby girl . You stay out of my way and don't interfere with my work we won't have a problem. You don't seem that dumb, so you should be able to follow directions. I don't even see how you got into this line of business. What did you do fuck your way to the top?" I didnt even wait for her response I just continued.
"You dont even look like you belong here. I saw the way Mr. Galles looked at you, I bet you even fucked him to get this position." I laughed. "You look pathetic."
She looked at me as if what I said shocked her, but she quickly glared at me. That's when she began to speak.
"Let me tell you something asshole. I worked my ass off to get this postion. I graduated from college just like you and evey person in here. I don't know you, but you sure as hell don't know me. Let me make this perfectly clear you work under me , I'm the boss in charge and you will listen to me. You will never make it in this business with the way you act, trust me I know. I see people come and go everyday. So if you think your special think again because your not. There's a million people that can and will fill your position, if you continue to speak and act the way you do. And that's not a theat its a promise."
"Listen here you bitch, I dont know wh-". She cut me off.
"No you listen in this office. You are my bitch, I own you now if you want to quit the door is right there. You can gladly leave, because I dont need any insolent asshole trying to tell me what I can and won't do. So my advice to you would be to watch who you are talking to, because like I said you can be replaced." She said, as she sat back down with a shrug of her shoulders.
