Synopsis
It wasn't his own stupidity.
It wasn't Nightwing or Batman.
It wasn't even the fucking Scarecrow.
It was his own mind, in all its fucked up glory.

The thing Jason hated most about coming back from the dead was being haunted by the ghosts of his sins. Never being able to forget what he did in Gotham to all those people.
To Hank.
It just played over and over in his head, a standing trial of reasons he shouldn't have returned. Proof that there was only two real options for his future;
Redemption or death. And if it were the latter, he'd make sure it stuck this time.

Persephone Alam can understand Jason's inner struggle, though for entirely different reasons.

Girlfriend of a Chicago Mafia gang lord's son, Persephone has been made an unwilling accomplice in many deaths that haunt her in her sleep. Fear for her own life keeps her tethered to Evander Attias and all the horrors that come with him. When her fate seems sealed by only two options, death by his hand or her own, she attempts to take her future back into her own hands.
