Part 3

You slowly started to wake up and come round to your surroundings. You had no idea where you were. You got up and started looking around. You noticed a camera in the corner. "Hello? Hello?"

You started banging on the glass, looking for any weak spots. Something clicked. "I knew I recognised you from the elevator. I know who you are. The people that I work with, they will find me. And when they do, you will be in a world of hurt. So I am giving you one chance. Free me now! When I get out of here, I will END YOU!" You kept banging on the glass.

*At the DEO*

Everyone was standing around listening to J'onn while Kara and Alex paced back and forth. "So, this person who says they've kidnapped Y/n, what exactly did they say on the call?"

Kara turned and looked at J'onn. "He said he would kill Y/n if I didn't break Peter Thompson out of Albatross Bay. He said he knows Kara Danvers is Supergirl. He's targeting Y/n because she's my little sister."

Mon - el leaned forward. "This might be stating the obvious here, but why don't we just spring Peter Thompson and bring Alex home?"

J'onn sighed. "The DEO does not negotiate with terrorists."

Alex looked pissed. "But this is Y/n, she's our little sister!"

J'onn sighed. "If we do it once, we'll open the floodgates. Every bad guy will know Supergirl can be controlled. You should know that better than anyone Alex!"

Maggie sighed. "And even if we do what he wants, it doesn't guarantee that he'll release her. She's his insurance."

J'onn addressed the room. "Alright people, let's get to work!"

Everyone went in different directions. J'onn walked over to Winn. "Winn, any luck with Y/n's subdermal tracker?"

Winn shook his head. "No, it's been offline, since 10:00 last night. Whoever took her must have found some way to power it down."

J'onn was getting stressed. "Where are the triangulating the signals from the phone calls?"

Winn shook his head. "We're no where. The caller used four different arrays to scramble the signal. You guys listen, we gotta move!"

J'onn walked back over to the centre. "All right lets start with what we do know. If this guy knows you're Supergirl, we use that to our advantage."

Mon - el nodded. "Well that's gotta be a short list." Mon - el turned to Kara. "Who knows your secret?"

"Jeremiah, Eliza, Clark, the DEO."

Alex piped up from next to Kara. "Lillian Luthor."

Maggie looked at everyone. "Does Peter Thompson have ties with Cadmus?"

Winn shook his head. "No, I already checked. There's nothing."

Maggie sighed. "Then your asking the wrong question. We don't know where Y/n was taken, we don't have a crime scene, we don't have any physical evidence. They've clearly been planning this for a while. Whoever took Y/n is a ghost who doesn't want to be found."

Alex rubbed her eyes. "Then what's the right question?"

Maggie looked between Alex and Kara. "Who is Peter Thompson, and what does he mean to our ghost?"
