Meanwhile, back in Volterra Demetri and Ness were talking about honeymoon destinations "Your dad mentioned we can stay on Isle Esme if we'd like during our honeymoon" Demetri told Ness as he held in his arms, her back against his chest "I don't really want to honeymoon where I was conceived..." Demetri chuckled "Good point" "...I was thinking we could honeymoon in Greece. I'd like to see where you grew up and I know that Greece has changed a lot over the last 1000 years but it's still your home country" Ness said looking at him over her shoulder, Demetri felt venomous tears building in his eyes "I'd be honoured to show you where I grew up, even though it has changed a lot over the years" He bent his head down and kissed her softly.

Alec and Y/N couldn't decide where to honeymoon "I have an idea" Ness said smiling "Do tell" Alec replied "My grandparents offered us their house on Isle Esme but we're going to Greece instead so...why don't you two go instead. You'll have an island to yourselves so no risk of exposure but you'll have to go to the mainland to hunt" Ness replied "Really? Like oh my god. That would be amazing" Y/N said, standing and running to hug her friend "Thank you Ness" Alec added and gave her a hug too.

The Kings gave Alec and Demetri leave so they could travel to Forks with their mates and finalise their wedding plans before the other members of the Volturi arrived for the wedding.

Esme baked two medium sized two-tier wedding cakes as asked by Y/N and Renesmee whilst the rest of the family were helping to organise and set up everything for the outdoors wedding. Jasper, Emmett, Carlisle and Rosalie carried the log benches to the back of the house and positioned them either side of the aisle as instructed by Alice. 'Déjà vu' Rosalie thought to herself as she carried the bench.

The day of the wedding arrived and Ness was a little nervous "You'll be fine hunny" Bella said softly as she and Rosalie helped Ness get ready, Ness nodded before replying low "It's just I'm not sure if I'd be a good wife" "Oh Ness, you'll be a great wife and even if you're not, it's not like Demetri can trade you in for someone else...I mean you're mates" Rosalie said smiling and Bella chuckled lightly "Mum, Rose that's not funny" Ness said with a slight whine to her voice just for effect. Ness took a deep breath before leaving her aunt's room and made her way downstairs to Edward who was waiting for her.

Demetri stood at the end of the aisle with Alec and their Best Men Felix and Santiago. Marcus was standing with them as he was officiating the ceremony. Aro, Sulpicia, Caius and Athenodora sat in the front row on the grooms' side with the other members of the Volturi filling the other rows on that side whilst Bella and Y/N parents sat in the front row on the Bride's side, a chair was left empty beside Bella for Edward. The remaining Cullens and the packs filled the other rows on the Bride's side.

Jane, Heidi and Corin were wearing lilac bridesmaid dresses and once at the end of the aisle they stood off to the side to watch Edward and Y/N's father walk the girls down the aisle. Y/N walked down the aisle first in an ivory ballgown style dress with a silver tiara in her hair. Alec stood there looking at her smiling and admiring his beautiful mate. He took her hand gently from her father and placed a kiss to the back of her hand.

Ness walked the aisle towards Demetri in a peach mermaid style dress with a rose gold tiara in her hair. Demetri's undead breath was taken away by his bride-to-be and he couldn't fight the wide grin that crossed his face as she came to closer to him. "You look beautiful darling" He kissed her cheek and smiled at her.

Marcus welcomed the guests, making a point of letting everyone know that the Volturi, the Cullens and the packs were now one big happy family, a family that will protect one another forever.
