"Randy!" You called out, rounding a corner and startling him. "Randy, I need to talk. NOW."

Randy gave you a disgruntled look as he was skimming titles on a shelf. Dropping a tape as you scared him. You knew if he was anything like the old Randy, he'd be where the movies were. You were right. He was at the library on campus. It was intended for studying but it still had movies on VHS you could borrow. You both received glares for being loud as he grabbed you by the arm and led you out into the hall.

"YN, I'm sorry but I'm not going to the rehearsal. It's nothing personal I just-"

You threw your arms up and hissed out. "I don't give a shit about that! I saw him. I fucking saw Stu Macher!" He raised his brows at you as you wanted to rip your hair out. Shoving the sticky note in his face. "Look! That is not my handwriting, okay?!"

He glanced at it before sighing. "I wouldn't suggest it was. Someone is just screwing with you-"

You grabbed his shoulders tightly. "RANDY. You are not listening to me! You sat next to Stu in Chemistry all year...Now, you tell me that doesn't look like Stu's handwriting."

He groaned as you forced him to look again. He scanned it before shaking his head. "Nope, this is somewhat legible. Stu just chicken scratched on the paper and hoped the teachers knew what he was writing."

You stomped your foot into the floor and felt your throat burn desperately. "Ray! I know who I saw! No one else called me sweet cheeks and no one but our circle would know that!...Newsflash: It's just me and you now. So unless you did it, then who the hell could have done it other than STU?!"

He stared at you before shaking his head. "YN...I'm trying to be supportive but you are becoming obsessed. Have you told your therapist about all this?"

You sneered at him. "...SCREW you." He blinked in surprise as you gritted your teeth and turned around. "I know what I saw. I know who I saw. This wasn't a fucking figment of my imagination or a hallucination." You shook your head and shrugged. "Ya know what?...I'm dropping out. I'd rather go back to being a fucking hermit than be called crazy by everyone while being the laughing stock of Windsor-"

He rushed over and grabbed your arm to look at him. "Woah, no one said that! Just calm down a moment, YN."

You whipped around at him and jerked your arm away. "No! I'm sick of being treated like a freak because I lived. Because I was the final girl in all this. Because of Gale's book...I should have just died in that damn fire to avoid this bullshit-"

"HEY!" He exclaimed, eyebrows furrowed and giving you a glare. "Don't you ever say that. EVER."

You stared at him a moment before deflating, holding yourself near the staircase as he studied you. "...Sorry. It's just been a really screwed up few days. Especially today."

"...What happened?"

You shook your head with a humorless smirk. "Please don't say 'I told you so'." You rolled your lips and looked away.

Randy thought a moment before realization dawned on his face and his shoulders went slack. "...Oh shit, YN."

You gave a bitter laugh. "Yeah. I should have listened to you. I knew a guy didn't like me. Of all the guys here I actually thought future Dr. Dreamy was genuine."

He walked past you down the staircase before looking back at you to follow him. "Come on. Let's talk. Just like we did in High School at the park... I know a place."

He led you to an abandoned shed on the edge of the campus right as the sun completely set and a few stray stars were overhead. You raised a brow at him. "Uh...This is literally how horror movies start."
