{ GHOST GAMES }
"Alyssa it's okay." Jackie said once they had gotten home.
"No it's not." Alyssa mumbled as she sat on her bed with Jackie standing in front of her.
"You listen to me Alyssa. It was one ghost that you didn't go to immediately and that was only because you didn't want to get caught." Jackie said sternly as she starred at Alyssa's sad form.
"I know but-" Alyssa was cut off by William.
"Miss Alyssa, you help everyone who needs help it's okay if you missed it just once." William said appearing out of no where.
"Thanks Will." Alyssa said feeling slightly better after Jackie and William talked to her.
That didn't stop her from feeling guilty though. She had always helped the people that called to her no matter what. This was one of the first times she had to walk away from them. It was physically painful for her to do, it felt like the string on her heart was pulling so tight she could explode.
She still felt a small pain in her chest but it wasn't to bad. Alyssa assumed it was going to be there until she helped the ghost.
"On the bright side... or dark side, I'm not sure how you will take this." Jackie paused thinking of all they ways Alyssa could react.
"Just spit it out Jackie."
"Alice and Jasper were definitely the ones from my dream." Jackie said quickly wincing waiting for Alyssa's reaction.
"Okay." Alyssa answered bluntly with no emotion after a minute.
"Okay?" Jackie questioned.
"Yeah, okay. I don't have to follow your vision." Alyssa said shrugging. She didn't believe she would fall in love. She just couldn't believe that someone would ever fall in love with her. She didn't want to believe that bullshit because if she got her hopes up then sooner or later she would be crushed.
"Okay, I'm going to go make dinner." Jackie told Alyssa starting to walk away. Jackie didn't want to make Alyssa feel like she didn't have a choice. Jackie knew that Alyssa liked to be in control of everything she did.
"Thanks JJ." Alyssa yelled after her. Alyssa turned to William with a mischievous smile on her face once she knew that Jackie was gone.
"You wanna do something fun?" Alyssa asked the small boy who looked confused.
Williams face instantly lit up in a big smile as he nodded rapidly.
"What are we going to do?" William asked excitedly.
Alyssa simply smirked in response and got up with William following her.
"Okay we all know the rules?" Alyssa asked the four ghosts in front of her. William, Auntie Z, Lily, and Billy were all lined up in front of Alyssa in a huge field.
