Days pass of Snowkit trying to hunt and gather herbs. His new den was stored with prey and herbs. The kit started to feel lonely, and missed his mother dearly. He lifted himself to his paws, as his leg was now healed enough to walk on. He leapt out of the tree, quickly traveling though the long grass. As there were no scents of Thunder Clan where he were, he would have to remember where the hawk took him from.
He traveled quickly, sniffing the air as he walked. Looking for landmarks, he did catch scent of cats. He swiftly looked around, when he noticed a couple of cats walking near a fence. Snowkit flicked his ears, slowly stepping towards the two. The two then turned to the white tom, and quickly sprinted away as if the tiny kit was a threat to them. They leapt over the fence near them, their scent disappearing from Snowkit's nose.
A few hours passed, and before Snowkit knew it, it was already dusk. Snowkit had nowhere else to go, so he went to the twoleg place. He decided to sleeep there, then leave from the other side the next day. He had found a cozy garden with king grass and a bush with a hollow inside. He'd sit his herbs down and exit the bush. He saw a cat walk out from the inside of the nest, their blueish grey fur shining from the lights behind them. It looked around before spotting the white tom, and opening their mouth in a screeching way. Snowkit flicked his ears as the cat arched it's back in a defensive way, and then run inside. Snowkit went back into the bush, laying down into a ball and closing his eyes.

The tom leapt over the fence, then bounded past the thunder path. He had remembered the thunder path before being dropped, but he was still a long ways from home. He looked at the fences, jumping upon one. He saw a small animal, slightly taller then himself, with droopy ears and a long body, it surely wasn't a cat. The animal caught notice of Snowkit and started opening and closing its mouth, snarling at him. Though Snowkit couldn't hear it, it was very intimidating and gave off a threatening scent.
Snowkit continued, crossing what seemed to be endless thunder paths and twoleg nests. Some friendly kittypets would try talking to him, but he didn't bother trying to respond, as he couldn't even hear them. The trip seemed to be slower and slower, his tiny legs soon giving up on him. The kit stopped to rest, looking up to the sky. The sun was at it's highest point, gleaming onto Snowkit's felt with all it's force. Snowkit huffed then continued walking.
