It had been about a week since The Plan was laid onto Sabre. He couldn't stop thinking about it. Ronny told him to sit tight, so that's what Sabre was doing.

It was about an hour before role, when Dion came into the room.

“Its now or never, Sabre, let's go”

“Hell, I thought you would never say that!,” Sabre said, jumping up to his feet, “Did you get the holes drilled into the Lime Stone?”

“Yeah, and the holes are plugged, ready to go. You don't need to worry about that. We just need to get our hands on Bolt, and we need to hurry, He just clocked out! Let's go!”

Sabre and Dion left, and headed to the Bar, where Ronny was waiting with a guy who wore  a white staff uniform, clearly from the kitchen.
“This is Steve, The inside man I told you about. He says Bolt stops by the kitchen every night. He is due in the kitchen soon, we will grab him there,” Ronny said

“Can we trust him?” Sabre asked
“I hope so, he is my brother after all,” Ronny replied, “Now, let's go get this one-armed bastard!”

*********

Sabre had been following Steve through the winding staff tunnels for a few minutes, with Dion following closely behind. The tunnels were white, like Marble, unlike the dark-brown of the granite that the rest of the mine was made of. They passed under a sign that said Kitchen, with an arrow
pointing down a hallway.

Steve told Sabre and Dion to wait outside the doors to the kitchen, while he checked to see if Bolt was in the kitchen yet. Steve walked through the double staff doors. 30 Minutes till Role.

As soon as Steve walked into the kitchen, a booming voice came out, “Steve! There you are!”

“Bolt! Sorry to keep you waiting, hope it wasn't long. You want the usual Cherry Pie?”

“You know, I figured I would mix it up a bit, and go with some cheesecake”

“Excellent choice! Altho it will be a few minutes before I can get it to you, I need to prepare it.”

“That's fine, I clocked out already, I've got until tomorrow before I need to do anything. Take your time.”

Steve walked into the back of the kitchen, and tried his best to make it look like he was getting the things needed for Cheesecake.

Right then, Sabre and Dion snuck into the kitchen, and before Bolt had a chance to sit down, Dion hit Bolt over the head with a wooden board from a dynamite box, causing Bolt to collapse to the floor.

Steve came out from the back of the Kitchen with an empty fruit cart and an old potato sack. He helped the other two load Bolt up onto the cart. Once Bolt was on the cart, Sabre pulled out a piece of a ripped T-Shirt, and used it to cover Bolts mouth, steve took the Burlap potato sack and put it over his head.

While Steve and Sabre were doing that, Dion had tied his hands and ankles together, effectively hog-tying him. As an icing on the cake, they threw a couple of old towels on top of Bolt to cover him, and off they went, back through the deserted staff hallways.

They exited the staff hall through a door near the makeshift bar, but headed in the opposite direction. They walked past a sign that said the tunnel ahead was unsafe.

“Are you sure we should be in this tunnel?” Sabre asked, as they passed the sign. The entire tunnel went through a Limestone deposit.

“Ronny checks this tunnel every day, He always says that it's fine.” Steve responded.

“I hope so, I don't feel like getting crushed like JJ did,”

“And you won't, Trust me. Now hurry up, we gotta get there before Bolt wakes up.”

Steve, Sabre, and Dion all came into a small room, and embedded in one of the walls where a set of shackles. Ronny was standing in front of a desk, and looked like he was prepping for a surgery.

“Get him off the cart, and into those shackles,” Ronny said, without even turning around.

The 3 of them uncovered Bolt, and dragged off the fruit cart, and over to the shackles. Dion untied his bound wrists, and locked them into the shackles.

“So how exactly are you going to get that card out of his hand?” Dion said, standing up.

“Don't worry about that, you and Sabre need to get the hell out of here, Role is in 10 minutes!” Ronny Replied

******************************

K “12-863! Are you here!?” The Kapo’s voice rang out, as Dion and Sabre came running up to the crowd.

“Yeah i'm here, sorry I was taking a nap!”

“Don't let it happen again, or your neck will be fitted!”

    “Yes Sir!”

    “19-618!”

    “Yeah I'm right here!”

The Kapo rattled off some more numbers, as Dion and Sabre headed off to their block.

“That was way too damn close,” Dion said, walking a few paces in front of Sabre

“You got that right,” Sabre responded, “We better get some sleep, Tomorrow is gonna get crazy.

    ***************

Sabre was woken up by Ronny, with Dion by his side.

“You gotta come see this card,” Dion said, with a smile on his face.

“We need to dispatch Bolt first,” Ronny said, turning to Dion, “Let's go, get up Sabre. I want this done before the Kapo calls morning Role.”

Ronny led them back to the room that Dion and Sabre had brought Bolt to the night before. When the door opened, Sabre saw Bolt look up, with the potato sack still on his head, one hand shackled to the wall, the other in pieces by his side.

“You will not get away with this,” Bolt said.

Ronny just came over and kicked Bolt in the side of the head, “Shut the hell up.”

The group unshackled Bolts left hand, and Ronny threw Bolt over his shoulders.

“It's now, or never, let's go,” He said, walking out the door.

It didn't take long for the group to get over to where the collapse was staged to happen, as all the tunnels were deserted due the Role Call going out at that moment. They laid Bolt on the ground, under the small section of Limestone, and primed the small amount of explosives that were in the tunnel ceiling. It was just the right amount, enough to collapse the tunnel, and small enough to not sound like a big blast. If the blast was big enough, the guards, and the Kapos doing Role would be able to determine that this was no accident.

The 3 of them were able to get out of the tunnel before the explosives went off, and Dion was tasked with going to inform those doing Role of the Collapse. Soon, everyone was gathered at the pile of rubble, and slowly digging it out.

***********

Word eventually got back to Sabre that Wall had determined Bolt’s death an accident, however, somebody needed to pay for his death, as, in his words, it could have been preventable. It took about a day and a half to completely clear the tunnel of rubble.

Ronny was nowhere to be found.
