Olympus was in a state of panic. The gods all called an immediate meeting to talk through the events that had just transpired that day.

"Whoever this was, they must have immense power if they were able to sever our power to the world," Athena spoke with an urgent tone.

"And," she added "Was powerful enough to illustrate the illusion of normalcy." The meeting continued as normal, with the gods agreeing to look out for any suspicious behavior for the time being. Zeus stood alone at his throne room worried about the power this new individual had, the possibly of another dethroning scared him. The current war had already caused him a headache and he wasn't willing to cut open another god from his head.

Weeks pasted with little progress being done. However, it was quite a shock when the figure came to Olympus instead, head down and ready to turn themselves in.

During their trial, several questions were asked, only gaining vague responses from them.

"Why did you do this all in the first place?"

Masked by their cloak the figure grimly smiled as if they'd been waiting for this moment, "Why not? When you're given the power of control, why not use it for entertainment? Isn't that why people read books and watch silly cartoons."

They evaporated into nothing, leaving only a piece of paper in their place:

Have a little fun won't you? I control all in this scope. Oh, the want for entertainment can lead to the silliest of places.
