Tommy woke up in his bed. His head was throbbing, but other than that, he felt pretty normal. He heard people moving around downstairs and looked at the clock next to his bed. It read 9:00.
He yawned and sat up, wrapping a blanket around his shoulders. He slowly walked down the stairs and into the kitchen.
"Morning, Tommy. How are you feeling today?" Phil asked when he entered.
"I'm alright. Head hurts."
"Here's your pain meds." Techno held out his hand, which held a single white pill. Tommy took it, as well as the glass of water Wilbur held out.
"Thank you."
He sat down at the table and took the medication, and then laid his head down on the table.
"Tommy, food. Eat." Phil slid a plate towards him.
"Not hungry."
"Come on, you have to eat something." Tommy picked his head up to look at Phil. "Please?"
"Fine."

The rest of the day was boring, to say the least. Not much went on. Phil registered him for school in the spring semester, and went out to buy him supplies for that, but he still wasn't back from the shopping trip.
Tommy had taken to laying on the couch pretty much all day, watching movies with Techno and Wil.
It wasn't long before Phil returned home. His arms were filled with shopping bags, which were quickly discarded onto the table. He dug through the bags for a moment before walking to the couch with a box in his hands.
"I got you some things. There's more but I want you to have this now." He held the box out to Tommy.
Tommy sat up from where he had been laying, his head on a pillow in Technos lap. He took the box out of Phil's hands and slowly opened it.
Sitting in the box was a phone.
"I saw you didn't have one. I figured I'd get you one so you can talk to your friends." Tommy couldn't help the smile that broke out.
"Thank you!"

They sat and set up the phone for the next couple of hours. It wouldn't have taken quite so long if Tommy knew anything about phones. Which, unfortunately for both of them, he didn't.
After they were finished, though, Tommy had his first working phone. Phil added his number, as well as Techno, Wil, Tubbo, Ranboo, Drista, and Puffy's numbers.
Tommy instantly opened the texting app and typed in Tubbo's number.
Tommy: Hey Tubbo! It's Tommy.

Heyyyyyy besties. Sorry it has been so long. I'm in finals week and so the schedule I thought I would be able to follow kinda fell apart.
I've learned my lesson, so no promises, but I do have more ideas for this book, so check back!
Thank you all for everything.
