MSBY is an Automobile Manufacturing Company whose motto is "Connecting people together through their hard work." The acronym is derived from "結び (Musubi)," which translates to "connection" in Japanese. Its name "Black Jackals" reflects the team's goal for excellent teamwork, akin to jackals on the hunt for food. Moreover, since jackals are omnivores, it is chosen as the name in hopes that the team would have an overwhelming hunger for growth.

So to stay true to its motto, MSBY has a team dorm where the team will connect, interact with each other 24/7 both to perfect their teamwork as well as create an unbreakable bond between the Jackals. It is a very smart tactic, strategy and all, until the second week of staying in the dorm.
"I CAN'T STAND IT ANYMORE!!!!! WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU GUYS ARE EATING?!?!!?!?"
Atsumu screams as the rest freeze in their track in the dining room.
"Meian-san, Barne-san... you two are a seasoned athlete so can you tell me WHY ARE YOU EATING NOTHING BUT INSTANT NOODLE FOR THESE TWO WEEKS??!?!!?"
They both sweat drop with Meian shamefully scratches his cheek, weakly says
"...I did try to put more meat and vegetable in it thou..."
Not satisfied with the answer, Atsumu turns to the giggling Libero and Middle Blocker
"Don't you go laughing at him now, Shion Inunaki, Adriah Tomas!!!"
They shut up immediately
'Sh1T!!!'
"HOW COULD TWO ATHLETES EAT FAST FOOD EVERY DAY!?!?!?!?!?! IT'S THE MOST FORBIDDEN THING FOR AN ATHLETE TO EAT!!"
Those two look at each other's burger in the other's hand as they laugh weakly and quickly hide it behind their back
"Hehehe..."
While the fake blond is scowling the older members, the younger ones snicker at their misery
"Oh no! Don't you dare to snicker at them!!! YOU ARE NO BETTER!!"
Bokuto, Hinata and Sakusa jump out of their skin as Atsumu turns his glaring eyes toward them
"BOKUTO!!! I know Akaashi is busy these days and you want to help him by trying to feed yourself but full course meat-only meal is a NO NO!!!"
"Um... But the vegetable tastes bad if Agaashi doesn't cook it!!"
Bokuto whines pitifully with an adorable pout
"That's true but didn't you promise him to be able to take care of yourself so that he can rest more???"
