It was raining and there was some thunder and lighting. All the residents are sitting in the hallway near the conference room waiting for their turn. Rhere were a couple of nurses and a couple of attendings.
"Someone is getting fired" Reed complained.
"Stop it" April said in a hushed tone and rolled her eyes
"How long is this gonna take?" Alex asked
"Why? Do you Need to make a phone call again? Jackson jokes making Charles laugh.
Alex has been calling Izzie all day hoping to get in contact with her and convince her to come back home, but he didn't have any luck so Right now obviously wasn't the time to bother him and Jackson's joke sent him over the Edge causing him to jump from his Chair and across the room grabbing Jackson by the neck of his scrubs, trying to full attack him. I try to pull Alex away while Mark, Owen, and Derek try to help me seperate them.
"Alex stop it." I say trying to calm him down as we finally seperate them.
"Enough! I said enough!" Webber yells entering the hallway after Hearing the commotion,"What happend with that Patient today is inexusable and you are all gonna sit out here and shut up until I get to the Bottom of this!"
"Hunt." Chief Webber calls as Owen follows Chief to the room, leaving the rest of us sitting anxiously in silence. Owen walks back out after About 30 minutes and Chief walks out behind him.
"Little Sheperd." He calls before I quickly stood up and follow him into the room. When I sat down Chiefintroduces me to the other two People sitting beside him. "Dr. Sheperd did you work on the Patient today or see anything that can help us find out what happend?" Webber asked me.
I shook my head, "No. I actually didn't even go near the Patient."
"Where did Hunt have you assigned?" Webber askd.
"I was with Sheperd today. I assisted him with surgery this morning and when we came out of surgery he got paged 911 and left me in charge of his post ups and anyone that came in with minor head injuries." I explained.
"Did you ever take a break from neuro or see anything unusual happened today?" he asks
"The only Thing unusual happened today is that I had to stitch that big guy from Mercy West up after he fainted, I think is Name was Dr. Charles Percy." I said with a snort, rolling my eyes at the Memory.

Flashback
"You know you have to be stupid enough to not eat or drink anything before or after donating blood." I bitchy said wihle giving Charles stitches.
"Could you stop being a bitch?" He asks as I chuckle.
"No I can't stop being a bitch when I had to stop working on patients to come stitch up a clueless Mercy Wester." I said rolling my eyes as I focused on his stitches
End of Flashback

"And what happened after that?" Chief Webber asked.
"I returned back to my patients that Sheperd assigned me." I Reply
"So you never went near the Patient?" he asks
I shook my head, "No, I never even saw her."
The Chief dismiss me back to the hallway and starts calling the rest of the doctors back for Questions. Reed was back there longer than any of us all. When she finally walked back outside she had this sorrow look on her face and kept telling April how sorry she was.
"Dr. kepner." Webber called out as he ame back out.
April followed him into the room nervously and twenty minutes later she came out with a disappointed look on her face.
"I just got fired." April informs, shocking us all before she runs off to the locker room in Tears.
Alex leand towards me with a grin, "Wow. So is that it? It's over? She made a mistake and we're free to go?"
I shrug, "We'll just have to see, I guess." I sighed out in relief that I get to Keep my Job alone with my Friends.
Shortly the Chief came back out and dismissed us all.
______________ I came out of the Bathroom and turned a Corner just in time to see Reed stalk away from Cristina who's Expression was blank as she watch the red head walked away.
"What was that About?" I questioned, furrowing my eyebrows as I made way to Cristina.
"She's Mercy Wester, who knows." Christina jokes and I laughed, linking my arm with hers as we joined the other residents. Alex brushed past and dropped a Chart on the counter with an audible huff, locking eyes with Jackson who seemed to eyeing him.
"What?" Alex sneer, clenching his jaw.
Jackson shrugs, "Just waiting to see if you're gonna try to hit me again."
Alex sighed and his shoulder slumped. "I'm sorry. I was just, uh...."
"Forget it." Jackson cu him off. "Rough night, Right?"
"So April missed an airway, huh?" Charles said coming up to us. "That's so stupid."
"Airway first." Lexie chuckles
"It's like med School 101, Right?" Jackson said as his lips twiched into a smile
"It's Pretty Basic." Alex agreed
"It was one second." Reed angrily exlcaimed. "She got distracted and she made a mistake."
"That we all nearly got fired for." Charles argured.
Jackson nodded his head agreed. "Nosedive's got a Point."
"Thank you." Alex Inputs
"What?" Jackson asked with a double look confused while I narrowed my eyebrows.
"We nearly got fired for tryingto fix what she screwed up in the first place." Alex sneered and Reed glares at him as I sighed shaking my head
"Yeah, because that's our Job." I Angry snap, defending April even if I didn't know hwe as Reed looked at me shocked and Cristina nodded her head agreeing with me. "What, you didn't make any mistakes tosay? You've been distracted for the entire week." I exclaimed staring at Alex as Reed smiled at me
"And who knows what you screwed up?" Cristina said throwing a look at Jackson. "But our Patient didn't die, and thats why we didn't get caught. It coul've happend to any one of us."
Here she Comes." Jackson whispered and nodded his head towards the end of the hallway Breaking the silence between us all as April appears in our sight.
Her eyes darted around the hallway as she walked past us with glossy eyes but she didn't stop to talked not even to Reed who called after her. We watched her pushed the doors open and leave the Hospital, for good.

After that Drama today I wanted just to go home so I went o the locker room and changed in my normal clothes.

Then I made my way to Meredith room to take her with me home, because she finally could leave the Hospital.
