All caught up

After you were picked up and carried by this stranger who answers to the name Sebastian, you and Ciel went to the newly rebuilt Phantomhive manner where he lead you in and talked to Sebastian while he walked.

"This place needs to be cleaned. Do it at once."

"Yes young master"

"And my sisters thing. Get those from Mis Reds home. She will be staying here with us from now on. She will need all of her things so don't miss a single of her belongings." He walked op more stairs and down the hall where the both of  your rooms are. Ciel opened the door and looked around a little. "....lay her on the bed and get to work"

He laid you down and bowed putting one hand on his chest and walked out the room leaving you alone with Ceil.

After he left the room and you could hear his footsteps leave you looked at Ciel. "I missed you so much." You sat up slowly but your brother insisted for you to rest and helped you get comfortable laying down. "Where were you....why did you leave for so long and who is that man."

"I know you have many questions and I will answer them. Just lay down and rest for a little longer....there's a lot I have to tell you."

He stayed next to your bed and explained everything including why he now has a eye patch. When Sebastian returned with the last of her things Ciel told the both of you what would happen.

You were to make a deal with Sebastian and he would heal you by any means necessary but if there's a time where your condition worsens or comes back he wouldn't be able to have her sole. This along with everything Ciel put on his part of his deal with Sebastian especially when it comes down to his safety and being her butler. The thought of this deal frightened you at first but after talking to Ciel again you both were very tight on the deal and Sebastian about it all.

After the deal was made the mark transferred onto your eye the opposite side of Ciels. He told Sebastian to go along and start dinner before he got to work on healing you and when he walked out you and Ciel talked and not long afterwards you both started to enjoy yourselves.

-after a few days you and Ciel enjoyed each other's company while he did work and you studied the violin with Sebastian. Your treatments with him have been going very well and your breathing has em proved slowly but surely.

The Both Ciel and Sebastian took you out to go shopping while on a few business trips and you got plenty of new dresses and styles to try out. By the time you returned home together you had gotten used to Sebastian's presence slowly noticing how nice and heart warming he could be.-

-after about a year your treatment had basically taken away your sickness all together. Although things in the manner wasn't the same as before the fire it was nice for it not to just be you and Ciel in the house alone during the holidays. You would play hide and seek and even try and help Sebastian with dinner once in a while even though he never let you do the major things like setting the timers or putting the strong tastes with the food.-

-Over time he brought a Cook, Maid, and a Gardener to help out twitch some of the major things including getting the estate ready for the guests and workers who would visit Ciel and do business. You usually stayed out of it but rarely went in and out in a word or two about what the person was saying about the changes that were happening to their company. Sometimes they'd look at you all confused wondering why a girl was in the work area sticking her nose into business but whenever they mentioned it or tried to say something to your face or behind your back when you'd leave the room Ciel would shut them down and continue the meetings.-

-about 7 years have passed now and you have grown into a beautiful lady even though you would walk around inside your home acting like a Tom/bruh girl. Since you grew up with basically only boys your major lady like instincts slowly slipped away from you. Sebastian has tried to make sure that never happened and has attempted to keep your habits together but it only pays off when you are out and about. Although you keep your blindfold on all the time like your older brother you slightly take advantage of the fact that Sebastian has to do what you command him to and make him do dares and pull pranks on Ceil most of the time which gets him in trouble but in a funny way.-

Today you woke up to Sebastian opening your curtains as usual.

"Good morning young mistress it is time to wake up"

"Mmm five more minutes please Sebastian. Let me rest for a little longer at least." You pulled the covers over your face and tried falling back to sleep. Right before you could you felt the covers slowly start to slip off of you, sliding down the bed.

"I greatly understand that you had fun with lady Elizabeth for your birthday last night but that doesn't mean anything. You still have things to do this morning and you have to get ready and present able." He stoped the covers then went over and pored  your favorite cup of tea.

"Mmm can't I just start everything later?" You reached for the covers but couldn't reach them.

"Not today you have lots to do" he went to the side of your bed and sat you up. "Come on. Your brother is already up and has bathed. I have given you an extra 10 minutes. Be grateful." You opened your eyes and looked up at him with a tired expression while he handed you your tea.
