FYI - this is my first story, so let me know if I'm doing something weird or wrong logistically, hahah. My background is in science/medicine, but I want to get back into writing, so this is a writing exercise for me.
Regarding the story:
- The setting may not accurately line up with what happens in the actual MHA universe/Japanese school cycle - take things with a grain of salt. This also occurs post World Heroes Mission, so if you haven't seen that, all you really need to know is who Rody Soul is (no major spoilers in my story except background on Rody, eg his quirk).
-I use the generic name "Dessa" for the main character, but feel free to sub in another/your name. I just use this random name so the flow of writing is easier for me.
- Dessa's quirk: metal manipulation.
- If you're here, you probably know, but this is all based on My Hero Academia (created by Kōhei Horikoshi). I only watch the anime (but I have been meaning to read the manga, just need to find the time), so if you read the manga and are ahead, I'm sure the setting I have created will not align properly, so just read this for fun and don't take it too seriously.
- I tried to keep some things fairly vague/generic so you can imagine what you want (e.g. I don't give many details about what Dessa looks like so you can visualize that yourself).
- If the chapters seem to end at a weird place, that's because I wrote everything as 1 continuous story, then went back and sectioned it off so it's easier to digest/read. Some chapters may be long because of this.
