Chapter 8

-Sykkuno's POV-

Sykkuno stared at his computer stream, completely zoned out. He snapped out if it when he heard the unfamiliar sound of his phone ringing. Sy whined and answered their phone. "Hello? Huh? Clay calm down what's wrong?" Sy asked confused. "Who the fuck is Noah and why the fuck is he at my house asking for Lotus?" Clay asked sounding terrified. "Huh-? I don't know.. I've never heard anything about a Noah before.." Sy said softly. "He said if we don't bring him to Lotus then he's gonna hurt someone.." Clay whispered. "That's insane and Lotus isn't here. Tell him we don't know where they are." Sy said and walked to Nino's house and knocked. "It didn't work.." Clay mumbled. "I'll help you figure it out.. I'm gonna get Lotus somewhere safe." Sy said and muted the phone and walked inside. "Lotus, Nino we gotta go. Some dude named Noah is looking for Lotus," Sy explained. "That's just Lotus's boyfriend.." Nino said. Lotus sat up and rubbed their eyes. Lotus tilted and grabbed their phone. Sy tilted his head and then flinched back when Lotus threw their phone at the wall, breaking it. *Take me to Clay's. Now* they signed and got up. They pulled on their shoes and walked out of the house. Sy watched with slight fear and confusion. He unmuted in the call. "So uh.. Apparently, we will be there soon.." Sy said softly and got in the car with Nino. Sy drove to Clay's house and parked. "Lotus I don't think this is a good idea.." Sy said softly. Lotus was already out of the car though and running inside. Sy frowned and followed them inside.

He flinched back, almost immediately hearing yelling. He looked into the room and saw Noah grab Lotus's waist and push them against the wall. Sy felt fear and anger fill up in him as he saw the scene unfold. Clay had a black eye and some bruises on him and Lotus was pinned to the wall, shaking bad. Nino ran inside and pulled Noah off of Lotus. He punched him in the face hard. He kicked him in the.... Yeah.. and threw him to the ground. Then he helped Lotus up and took them to Clay and called the cops.

Sy watched in complete fear, having never seen Nino act like that. He mentally cursed himself for not doing anything and went to calm Nino down and help him with Noah, who was somehow still trying to fight them. Sy explained the whole situation to the cops, who then arrested Noah and left. Sy frowned and went back inside. "You wanna stay here with Clay tonight?" Sy asked softly. Lotus nodded, clinging to Clay tighter. "Promise me you'll be safe..?" Nino asked and kneeled next to them. Lotus nodded and signed *thank you nino* Nino kissed their head. Sy frowned again and took Nino to his. "You're gonna stay with me tonight" Sy said and brought him inside. 

A/N: Sorry for this chapter also please don't hate me but this is the last chapter for probably 2 ish weeks, I have testing at school and I'm overworking and overwhelming myself so I'm gonna have to put this aside for a minute. It won't be too long I promise
