Sixth of November 2011 (not the real year she was 16 allow it)

Today was Talias 16th birthday and her last day hanging out with her friends before moving two hours away to her new "home". She refused to call it her home because it wasn't. Her current house was. The one next door to her boyfriend. The one near her bestest friends. The house she had grown up in. The house she was brought home to when she was born.

Talia pulled the black dress over her body, it highlighting her figure and bringing out her curves.

She smiled in the mirror before adding some mascara to finish of her look.

Walking down the stairs, she was greeted by Simon. He was wearing a plain white shirt, the top couple buttons undone, sleeves rolled up with some black jeans.

She smiled, hugging the taller. "Happy birthday Tee."

She thanked him with kiss before they walked over to some other friends. Their hands interlocked, he pair laughed with friends, enjoying every moment.

"I know you said no gifts but I couldn't resist getting you atleast one." Simon smirked, pulling out a bag.

Handing it to talia he watched in awe. Pulling a navy blue box out, she discarded the bag.

Opening it she was faced with a necklace, shiny silver with the date 31st of October 2011 ingraved into the metal.

She smiled widely, wrapping her arms round his neck, pepering his face with soft kisses as a thank you.

"Thank you, I love it." She whispered, kissing his lips. Holding him tightly.

----

Walking back to the swarm of friends, the night continued. The thick smell of alcohol washing over everyone.

Simons hands were firm on Talias hips, her round his neck. Swaying to the beat on the music. She giggled into his chest, being pulled closer to him.

"You're so beautiful." Simon admired her, tucking her hair behind her ear. Softly kissing the exposed area of skin on her neck, making her fall into a moment of complete bliss. The pair craved every last moment with each other, each second feeling like an eternity.

-----

Sweaty bodies crowded round the table, Talia sat at the head of the table. Eyes covering every inch of her skin, waiting for Simon to walk in with her cake.

Seeing the candles light up the darkness of the hallway, the attention moved from Talia to the cake in Simons hands.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR TALIA, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU." Everyone sung, the birthday girl had a smile plastered to her cheeks before blowing the warm flames out on the cake in a breath.

The room filled with loud applause and cheering, Simon pecked his girlfriends cheek before hearing a group of 'awww's from around the room.

-----

"I can't believe you leave tomorrow." Simon stated, feeling talia cuddle into him.

"I know. I don't want to go, I'm gonna miss you." Talia responded, a slight wobble in her voice.

Simon rubbed the main of her back, tracing circles over the skin. A chain of goosebumps ran through her making her shiver.

He pulled the covers over them, heat filling their bodies as sleep washed over them.

Penultimate chapter, talia moving in the next one with some sad goodbyes.

I may chuck in a cheeky epilogue too if I'm feeling kind
