Biography: Being born to a low-middle class family, his mother worked as a nurse while his father was never really in his life. After being able to attend the prestigious U.A. he was (REDACTED). After those events, he was found out by Yumiko "Hibana" Imagawa, who saw him in a gym. After this, he quickly became a S.A.T soldier at only 18, after graduating highschool. At 20 he would become Rainbow's Youngest Op by 5 years. Fluent in English and Japanese, he has proven to be a lethal soldier with 10 confirmed kills and 28 unconfirmed.
Psychological Report: Pvt. Izuku is a special case. He is extremely timid and polite but also stoic. And from the stories I've heard about him, I'm not shocked. He is extremely smart and seems to learn extremely quickly. And to be honest our conversation was a nice change of pace from the wild life of Rainbow
I have noticed the Izuku has this notebook full of noted full of small details about his comrades. He uses this to try and help make them better, which doesn't always go over well with the others. But I think these are extremely smart and useful. I have even asked for a copy, which he got to me within a day. The notes are amazingly detailed and I love how detailed they are. This just shows smart he is.
He is extremely open about his past, except for his time at U.A. I know he left on awful terms with the school. The story is super upsetting to hear how he was screwed over like that. And the few stories are mostly about friends, who are all pro heroes or well known side kicks. Some people he mentioned a lot is Aki Todoroki a great friend of his, who he graduated with in his second high school, Tsuyu Asui, Pro Hero Froppy, Ochako Uraraka, a popular side kick of Pro Hero Mirko, Shoto Todoroki, the Number 2 hero and Katsuki Bakugo the Number 3 hero.
He is extremely close to Yumiko and Marasu "Echo" Enatsu. He also has gotten close to Grace "Dokkaebi" Nam, for there love of video games and anime, Timur "Glaz" Glazkov, for the love of arts, Ela Bosak for there similar taste of music and Max 'Mozzie' Goose, who Izuku says "Let's me feel loose and calm, like anything I say to him won't matter." Beyond this, he doesn't talk to many others. He has had two short romantic relationships with both Meghan "Valkyrie" Castellano, which ended due to the age gap and Julien "Rook" Nizan, and they broke up after Izuku had shot Julien on a mission, which lead to and incident between the two. He has admitted to me that he is scared but looks up to Taina "Caviera" Pereira, who he has sparred with many times. Caviera has spoken extremely highly of him, which I find shocking. She rarely speaks highly of anyone.

"When I first met Izuku, he was extremely quiet and timid but he began to work extremely well with everyone. He's quick to adapt and learn, while acting as smart as possible. I like how he does keep a select few close, most of which are quiet and stoic, except of course Grace "Dokkaebi" Nam and Mozzie. Beyond those two though, everyone he is close to in Rainbow are much like him, including myself. And that what I think we all became quick friends with him."

Gadget Assessment: Tri-Carry
Assessment by: Marasu "Echo" Enatsu, Elena "Mira" María Álvarez, Grace "Dokkaebi" Nam, Max "Mozzie" Goose, Izuku "Deku" Midyoria
I barley managed to get Mr.Midyoria to let me see his drone. The deal we had to make so I could, was the Marasu, Max, and Grace would have to watch and test it with me. Echo quickly explained the basics on how it worked, as he is it's creator. I am happy Izuku let me test it with Marasu, as he quickly disassembled it and showed me all the inner workings, and the more complicated stuff in it. I also found out Max's gadget was unable to hack it, and same goes for Grace. I could tell she was pissed about this as Izuku just laughed her off. But, Mark "Mute" Chandler's gadget would infact shut it down. Other then that, in all it's test, I can promise this is well made and will be useful in the field.
