His eyes look me up and down, looking at each item on my body, or lack of items. I freeze in the doorway, conscious of the fact that someone could need to walk out any minute. I feel like crossing over the threshold of this door will make me vulnerable.
I'm not scared of him, I'm scared of myself being this drunk and saying whatever comes into my head.
"Enjoy insanity, should I?" He asks, tilting his head.
He looks hot. He's wearing a dark blue shirt which is tucked into his jeans, the sleeves are rolled up to his elbow. I open my mouth but nothing comes out in response.
I stumble forwards, almost like my body is forcing itself out of the bathroom and towards him, like a magnetic pull. I clear my throat. "What are you doing here?" I ask him.
I definitely didn't tell him where I was and there's no way he could have gotten here so quickly anyway. I was in the toilet for five minutes tops.
"I own this place." He responds. "Your turn"
He owns this club? I frown "You said you didn't own any other buildings."
He shakes his head "No, I told you that I didn't own any other big buildings" He says, correcting me.
I raise my brows "You're trying to win this argument on a technicality?"
"I didn't realise that we were arguing." He says. his tone is calm and his face is unreadable, there's not a single emotion showing.
I sigh "We're not arguing I just-"
"You need some water" He says, still in a very calm manner.
"I actually need to get back to Cora" I say. I can't leave her on her own with those men.
He shakes his head "No way, them guys are all over you" He says with gritted teeth.
My brows night together and my face scrunches up. "How do you know who I'm here with and that they're all over me? Which can I say they are not." I'm lying. I know they're all over me because that's what I came to the toilet to escape.
"It's my club, my event and my CCTV." He says, bluntly.
He's mad at me, I can tell that much. He doesn't have a right to be mad at me, I'm supposed to be mad at him.
"Well, you can go back to your backstage room with your CCTV in your club and I'm going back to my friend" I say, with the intention of storming away but my feet don't move.
He looks around "Go and tell Cora that you're leaving. I'm taking you home"
I frown at him "What, just so you can fuck me and leave again? No thank you."
This time I do walk off. I walk fast, I walk straight to Cora and I see only the guys. I frown as I walk back to them. "Where's Cora?" I ask the who's name I'm sure is Marcus.
"She left with Jay, they couldn't keep their hands off each other" I look around, noticing that all of her things have gone and her drink has been drank. I'm not staying here without her. I feel like an idiot for being so blunt and snappy with Lloyd now. No, I have to stick by what I said.
"I'm gonna head off, too" I say, gesturing to over my shoulder where the door is.
"You can't go" Ashley says, over hearing, or more like earwigging.
I smile at him "I'm tired and my feet are sore"
"Let me take you home" Ashley says. I'm sure he means to be harmless but I can't trust a man I've just met to take me home.

Storie d'amore"Well this has been nice" I say, clasping my hands together. I cringe as I do it. He stops tucking his shirt into his pants, looking up to meet my gaze slowly. "Nice?" I freeze at his question. That probably wasn't the best adjective. His eyes glaze...
