~ Recap ~

After hours of talking, I finally got the hang of things. There was a lot to keep track of as a new country. Like what are the laws? Who's the current ruler? Are there any sicknesses? Etc, etc. The Earth looked at a watch that was covered by his coat sleeve. He looked upset and looked up at me. "Unfortunately, my time has run short (y/n). I do look forward to talking to you again, but I don't suppose it will be soon." He sighed and stood up. He used the same glowing light from before and disappeared.

Before the clock struck (y/n) sighed, ". . . tjov." she mentally facepalmed, of course! it was only a matter of time before her country was found out.

Even the people were beginning to worry, and that was big. not only for (y/n) but for the whole country.

Whole country. the phrase held so much meaning, for her and the people. to be found out, it would make things so much harder.

A moment later, her pencil drooped to the floor, she leaned over to pick it up and set it back on the desk. again, she was working. she started to tap her pencil on the desk, thinking. right then and there, she had an idea pop into her mind.

Rather quickly, she started scribbling down a sketch. the sketch was of some sort of futuristic gun, it would be good if she could make something like this.

Everything paused once the clock struck once more. should she take a break? go outside for a bit? she sketched for a little bit longer, ending up drifting away from the original topic and drawing poses.

The clock kept ticking,

Her entire body felt weary, so she stood up and prepared to leave the house. she walked out of her room, making sure to shut the door behind her. she slowly made her way down the hall.

Eventually, she made it to the front door and reached for the knob, twisting it. a breeze drifted into the house, the sweet scents of nature comforted her.

Maybe she could go to the waterfall today. it had been a while since she had been there, it would be a good place to take a break. she started making her way through the forest, hopping over a log for fun. she started to dash a little.

Again, she came across a log, so she walked along it. she swayed from side to side, seemingly having fun for a change. she smiled and hopped down from the log.

Now that she was a lot closer to the falls she slowed her pace and began to hum to herself. she smiled and looked around at her surroundings, it looked like she had ended up taking the long way to the falls.

With a shrug, she continued on, enjoying everything one moment at a time. it was calm, she was calm. she started to skip some more, it was just more fun this way.

In her eyes, the falls were just within reach, she smiled happily and made her way over the area. she caught herself starting to sprint a few times.

The water pounded down onto the rocks ferociously, yet it was oh-so calming. she sighed and began to make her way closer to the falls.

Her eyes closed slightly as the water splashed close to her, she backed up a little.

"This is refreshing." she smiled softly and leaned back a little on the rock she was sitting on.

Hearing the water rush by her and glide down through the rocks put her at ease. she relaxed her muscles and let the water memorize her.

Everything was silent, the only thing that (y/n) could hear was the falls and her own breathing.

Before she got up she saw a fish leap out of the water. she couldn't help but laugh a little at this.

Everything is so calm right now. she stood up, but i have to get back home...

And so, she started to head back, retracing every step she took. she thought about their states, they were doing so wonderfully weren't they? she remembered at one point though she had said, "what am i going to do without yo-

...U" she paused, why had she said that out loud? she sighed and decided she had a long enough break.

The sun was setting at an alarming rate, and although she could teleport she really didn't feel like doing that again.

Instead of getting up immediately, she sat there as it slowly got colder, a good kind of cold

Full of energy, she started to sprint through the woods. she passed by the logs she had seen earlier so she knew she was getting close.

Unable to run anymore, she paused to catch her breath. she began to walk again until she saw her home.

Lilys. such a beautiful flower, is it not? the flower was littered around her house neatly.

Without hesitation, she opened the door to her house and took a deep breath in and out. home.

Initially, she didn't intend to stay out that long. but she did, and now she was more than ready to sleep.

Fatigued, she kicked off her boots and dragged herself to her room, which was conveniently next to her office.

Everything is calm, she thought. she flopped onto her bed without a second thought, she looked to her right and saw how beautiful the night sky was.

she frowned slightly, a thought swirling in her head.

am i always going to be alone like this?
