Tommy sat up.
"Tubbo." He said quietly, under his breath, heart beat quickening
tommy hadn't seen tubbo since... since the...incident.
Tubbo was the entire fucking reason he was here. no. no its was dreams fault not tubbos... right? tommy wasnt sure.
Since the start of exile, tommy hadn't been sure of anything. why Tubbo had betrayed him like that, why dream was so obsessed with him, why he was still alive if his will to live wasn't?
"DREAM WAIT!" tommy shouted, trying to get the older mans attention, but he was too far gone. "probably off to kill someone or fucking ruin someones fucking life." tommy thought, feeling sour towards dream.
he took a breath.
"tubbo" tommy whispered again, throwing his head backwards onto the mucky sand below. his lungs started filling up with water, his vision blurred, an icy chill surrounded him.
tommy was drowning. again.

Tubbo was happy. Of course he was. Still, the anxious feeling in his chest grew ever so slightly.

It was sunrise.
Tommy knew this. he knew this was the time he should wake up, open his eyes and... and... well he knew he should open his eyes at least.
he just couldnt bring himself to.
Keeping them tightly shut as to block out the sunlight, thoughts of tubbo filled his mind just as easily as the sand filled his golden hair. Tubbo. Tubbo. Tubbo Tubbo Tubbo TubboTubboTubbo. He wasn't ready to see Tubbo again. was Tubbo ready to see him? Did he remember him? tommy wasn't being paranoid was he? no. no. no. he wasn't. he couldnt be...right? Tommy choked back a thick lump in his throat and made sure the tears prickling his tired grey eyes stayed the fuck back. tommy refused to cry...not again.
Dream knew fully well what he was doing to tommy. He wouldn't stop. It was too fun.
and now, in 6 days, tubbo would visit tommy and one of them wouldn't make it out alive...
