Right after science it was lunch and that means the stupid detention. Worst part I was with Luke I hadn't seen him since I punched him this morning. Right after I punched him I almost got my blade out of my pocket. Yes I know it's a horrible thing to do especially when I have to watch my little brother Justin. If it wasn't for me and Luke's mum's.help he would be put up for adoption. If that happened I would have nothing to live for.

"MRS.BREAKER! Please pay attention to my instructions!" Mr.Rotter said looking at me. Luke just laughed his ass off. " Since you didn't feel like paying attention please tell me what you where thinking." Mr.Rotter explained. Man I hate his guts. " Gladly. I was thinking about my shity fucked up life that you only make worse." I sad with a lot of attitude. " Now explain why your life is miserable. It's only me and Luke." Mr.Rotter said. If I could I would go right up to him and use my illegal street fight moves on him. " You want to know why My mum is in jail, I got loads of shot to do to keep the house by myself with the help of Luke's mum, I have to take care of a 5 year old boy like he is my son, and to top all of that my dad fucking died in a car crash. Now I'm sorry I was worried about my life and my brothers. Are you satisfied only 3 people know about this and k ow there is 5. And I'm sorry for being considered about my brother." I felt tears coming and I couldn't hold them back. "May I please be excused to the hallway?" I asked sniffling. "Yes. But be back soon." Mr.Rotter said pointing to the door. I quickly ran into the hallway and sat down in front of my locker. My knees to my chest and I just sob an entire river right there in the hallway. " Maddy?" asked Luke kneeling right in front of me. "Congrats Luke only 2 people in my life have seen me cry your the third." I said with my head on my knees. " Umm, I just wanted to see if you were okay. Which I guess your not. But this morning what happened in the hallway did you ever think someone you always fought with is the y'know are umm ment for you?" Luke asked.

Instead of answering I leaned in to kiss him and I did. Surprisingly he kissed me back. If the detention after school is as good as this one. Man I might think melt. "Umm, excuse me, can you two please come back to detention. Then it hit me Luke still has a girlfriend. Once I remembered I pulled away and ran away to the bathroom. And grab my blade.

I made at least 3 or 4 cuts when Luke ran I the bathroom. I instantly screamed, " No! No! No! Get away from me! Don't stop me I deserve to die! I'm what people say a fucking waste.of space!" Next thing I knew Luke grabbed my left arm and pulled up my sleeve, revealing all of my scars old or new, big or small. He saw every single one. "Do you know how much there are?" Luke asked looking in my eyes with worry. "Exactly 29 counting today 33 cuts." I said looking at the floor.
