She Scared the Shit Out of Me

LUKE P.O.V.

I woke up to the sounds of screaming. It was coming from Maddy's house. Since I was only in my boxers I grabbed a random shirt from my closet, a pair of ripped jeans, and straightened my hair a bit. I had to sneak out of the house because if Ben or Jack catches me they will tell mum and dad. That will give them another fucking reasson for them to compare me by. It was only 1 in the morning.

I ran straight to Maddy's house. She opened the door and her eyes were bloodshot red. "Hey are you okay I heard screaming and I came as quick as I could?" I asked. I could tell it was about her brother. She changed the subject immediately. "Do you know what time it is?" She asked sniffing. I wanted to high her and never let her go. But what if she runs away from me. I can't let that happen again. If I lose Maddy I would never ever love again. EVER. "Oh. Come in." She said moving out of the way I just laughed a little, but said thank you. "Want to watch a movie?" She asked guiding me to the living room. It was in pretty good shape considering a teenager lived her on her own. I sat down on the couch. "Sure." When we sat down on the couch, she was really close to me. I'm not complaining, actually I'm glad she sat this close to me. Maddy popped in a movie before she sat down. I know she wasn't going to tell me but I still asked her anyways, "What are we watching?""Surprise."

It turns out the movie was Mr.Popper's Penguins. I'm guessing that she likes penguinpenguin too.
