chapter 26~can't let him go

Emma's pov

I was waiting for my luggage until someone bumped into me 'I'm so sorry' the man who I already met at the plane said.

I just smiled at him letting him know I was alright because I wasn't really in the mood to talk.

'Are you here alone?' the guy asked, fine a feel an upcoming conversation.

'Yeah I kinda wanna make a new start' I informed him.

'So you are new here, that's nice I can show you some really nice places if you want me to' he offered me very sweet.
'It would be fun' I announced with a smile on my face.

'What was your name again' he asked me.
'I'm emma'
I handed him my number and left.

This is a great start I feel like I'm already moving on from luke.

I waved at a taxi to come.

'Hello miss where do you wanna go?' the taxidriver asked.

That is a good question I didn't think of that.

'Miss I don't have the whole day' the man said again and I could hear a bit of irritation in his voice.

'Well go if that makes you happy and find a life' I yelled at him. Wow where was that coming from?

*incoming call from luke*
'Uhm hi luke' I said
"Hey! I just wanted to ask if you had a safe flight"
'Yeah I had'
'But?'
How does he do that? Everytime he knows if there is something wrong with me.
'I don't have a place to stay'
'Where are you?'
'Los angeles'
'That's great'
'Luke this isn't great I don't have a place to stay and I dont know what do to' I screamed.
'I'm in los angeles too with the band you can stay at our hotel for four days'
'I think we tried to move on this doesn"t help luke'
'I'll text you the address see you soon' he said cutting me off.

God I hate that boy.
