Third Person POV

"Class, welcome back!"

The teacher's words made the entire classroom break out into a series of tired groans.

"Now now, no need to be so negative, I'm sure all of you missed coming to school!" The teacher said to the class.

"Someone please hold me back before I choke him."

"Don't come to school tomorrow guys."

"What do you mean by that?"

Our Chad protagonist, (Name) watched the extras of the classroom converse with one another about their negative opinions on the teacher. Scoffing softly, the absolute peak of human evolution removed the lesser beings from his field of view, after all, lions don't concern themselves with the opinions of sheep.

There was no one in this class that he deemed important anywa-

"Hey (Name)" Ahri greeted cheerfully as she brought a random chair up to his desk and sat next to him, smiling brightly.

Ah yes, the main object of his attention.

"Ahri Monroe, fox vastaya of Summoner's Rift Academy...greetings." He responded nonchalantly.

Said female raised a brow. "Wha? Is this that chūnibyō thing that one anime was talking about?"

(Name)'s head snapped over, and boy did he look offended. "Chūnibyō?! How dare you assume such of myself? I would never fall victim to such a behavior."

"I beg to differ."

"Then beg."

"Ahem!" The teacher cleared his throat, getting the class's attention. "I'm waiting."

"Oh how kind of you, anyway back to what I was saying-"

"Anyway, Summoner's Rift Academy will be holding a festival in a few days." The teacher said loudly.

"We just got back, why are we holding a festival?" A random bonehead student asked.

"I can assure you it's for a good cause." The teacher smiled at the class. "All money gained from the festival will be donated to a local foodbank. The festival ensures that the students can have fun, and can do a good deed at the same time."

The class started muttering at the news.

"But, we need volunteers to take part in the festival. We need things like food stands, entertainment, anything you guys can think of. If you'd like to be a volunteer, please tell a staff member before the festival begins on Friday."

"What do you think?" Ahri whispered to (Name), who just hummed softly.

"I mean, I don't really go to festivals.." He began. "But I might. It is for a good cause after all."

She gasped softly. "(Name) (Last Name) is being nice for once?!"

"Just because I'm not nice doesn't mean I'm an asshole, Ahri." He responded with a raised brow. "Besides, I've been in a bad situation before. If I didn't even make an effort to help someone who's going through something, I'm no better than the people who are the causes for people being in these situations."

The vastaya blinked a few times and then smiled at him, being reminded just why she-

"What are you staring at? Weirdo." (Name)'s words ripped her from her positive thoughts about him.

Oh well, maybe she'd be able to think positively about him another time.

"Okay class, now that I've given you this announcement, you're free to talk quietly until class ends."
