First Rain

Her friend

She was lying there in a fixed position. Not moving at all. A wall of pillows between the both of them. It was awkward. While Namjoon was really silent trying to sleep, y/n wasn't able to keep her mind still.

She tried to sleep, closing her eyes shut.

-next day-

He opened his eyes because of the noise of some neighbors fighting.

He tried to move but there was some weight on him. He looked at who it was only to find a y/n all over him, hugging him like a koala. The barrier of pillows was destroyed by that girl. He sat up and placed a pillow at his place to not wake up the small girl who is fast asleep.

-2 weeks later-

Both of them got to know each other more in the almost 2 weeks. Y/n was a hot tempered girl. She was a soft girl, sometimes she was that badass bitch while talking to some specific people, she was a mix of every personality and it made a new personality.

Y/n got to know Namjoon a little more. He was very close to nature. He was pure, Innocent, a nice person. He was basically a child in a body of 27 years ago.

Both of them just fell for each other even more. Today, it was Sunday. They made a plan of hanging out the whole day. But a disaster was on it's way.

"Where are we going!!??? " Asked Namjoon while the strong wind kept pushing his hairs back as he was panicking because of the girl who was driving on very fast speed. "We are going to have a lot of fun todayyy!!! " She said and continues driving.

They are planning on going to the beach when it's time for the sunset and the rest of the time? Even I don't know!

The car stopped and they walked out to the cafe to grab their breakfast.

"This is just delicious!! " She said whith the food stuffed in her mouth and a smile spread on her lips. "Yeahhh!!! I wanna eat more of this! " He said as he looked at the delicious sandwich he was eating. They grabbed their coffee and went back to the car.

"STOPPPP!!!!!!" She screamed at Namjoon as he pressed the brakes with his foot with all pressure as the car made a screeching sound and stopped. Maybe she stopped the car in between a market. They stepped out and she quickly walked to the delicious looking street food. "Teokbokki!! " She said as she heard Namjoon saying " Teokbokki!!!!!" And the excitement in his voice.

The spicy rice cakes (teokbokki) were delicious of course. They both were left licking their fingers but as if God didn't wanted them to stop, they saw a stall with corn dogs and hotteok. Paying for the rice cakes they walked to the stall and bought some for themselves and started eating.

"I'm fulll!!!" She said after stuffing herself to the mouth. "I can't eat anymore!!!!" She heard him groan because of how full he was. "Where should we go next?" She asked him as it was only afternoon and it was a lot of time till sunset. "Hmmm..... Let's go for some shoppings. I need some new underwear too" He said. Yup they are so close now that they talk about these things openly too.

As they were on their way to the nearest mall, a friend of y/n called her and said she wanted to meet and coincidentally she was near the mall so they went to the given address by her friend.

"Waaahhhh!!! What do I do!!! Y/N!!! I love him so much!!! I don't wanna leave him!!" Cried Minji (Y/N's friend) hugging Y/n tightly. "Shhhhh!! Let's go somewhere and talk about this, ok?"

All three of them sat there quietly as Namjoon thought in his mind 'what do I do now? '

-flashback-

"I was going to leave you two to give you some privacy, but let me help you to get to a nearby cafe" He says scratching his back of neck. "Oh thank you" She said.

-present-

"Please excuse me. It's embarrassing" Said minji while wiping he red nose. "And you are.... Y/n's boyfriend?..." She said looks at Namjoon with questions in her mind. "No!" Yells Y/n at minji as minji says "I know" With the tissue still wiping her nose. "Then.... Potential boyfriend-to-be?" Said minji looking at Y/n this time. "It's not like that! " Said Y/n as minji gives her the 'why the hell aren't you doing anything with this beautiful man' look. Y/n can tell what she's thinking despite her tears.

"I'll leave you to alone Y/n" Said Namjoon as he stood up and walked out of the cafe maybe to wait by the car. As soon as Namjoon goes out minji says with a playful and goofy expression "My, My! I was so surprised my tears just disappeared". " What!?" Says Y/n at the sudden change in minji's emotions.

"So why we're you crying?" Asked Y/n.
"I didn't explained myself, did I?" Said minji and Y/n says "not at all" To her reply. "So, what happened?" Asked Y/n again with a serious look maybe already planning how to kill the person who made her friend cry like this. "Well, I broke up with my darling" She said directly without any hesitation with a smile!!???. "Wait... What!!??" Said Y/n as she saw how she was smiling. "Don't joke around!! I'm leaving" Said y/n pushing back her chair ready to leave. "I'm not joking. We broke up." She said as her smile turned into a sad one and looked at Y/n with teary eyes. "After five years? And if you count the years you two spent with each other at school, it's 8 years" Asked Y/n.

"Lots of people in long-term relationship break up. So.... The topic of marriage came up and.... " Minji said and was cut off by Y/n "already? ". " I thought marrying taewon won't be a bad idea. As you know, my father did everything possible to raise me on his own as a single parent. But someone said to me recently... That people could tell that I was raised without a mother. Hearing that, I felt so terrible... For my dad. " She finished speaking as Y/n asked ".... Does taewon knows about this?". " Not at first, because I dumped him without an explanation. But after that I realized that I wanted him back.... I needed him back. So I told him everything, and he cried, saying that everything was his fault. I love Taewon. "

             "I don't want to lose him.... "
