First Rain

The guy next-door

They walked under one umbrella while it rained. "So where do you live?" Asked y/n , "-------- apartment complex" He said as y/n gasped in surprise. "No way! I live there too!! " She said in excitement.

After reaching her apartment she saw him getting inside the next apartment that was just besides her, she said "so you are the one who keeps breaking things? Huuhhh?! " She asked. "Don't act so innocent, you also keep playing music on loud volume" He said. Fighting and bickering a little with each other, they walked inside their apartments.

"Bye" She said for the third time as she holds the door closed, whole body inside just the head outside still saying bye, same goes for him. "Bye" Door closed. "Bye" From inside their apartment.

She placed all the stuff on the kitchen counter.

She boiled the water and placed 2 eggs in the pot, filling water in another pot she boiled it and placed the ramen in it.

"Mom gave alot of side dishes, how about I give some to him? " She thought to herself and placed two more eggs in the water to make some extra ramen to share some with him.

She took out the side dishes in one container and some kimchi on another one, and a bowl filled with ramen and the two eggs cutted in half and garnished beautifully.

Pressing the bell to his apartment, she brushed her hairs back to look presentable. The door opened and the man popped his head out of the door with wet hairs and water dripping from his hairs clearly showing he just showered, looking hot as ever. The smell of the delicious food and side dishes reached his nose and he said, "Oh! You got some food? I was gonna order something from outside", " The ordered food is not as healthy as homemade food and it can't compare to the taste of mom's food" She spitted the facts. "Your mom made this?! " He said in excitement since he didn't got to eat mom's made food for awhile now. "My mom made the side dishes and kimchi only, I made the ramen and rice" She said as he opened the door to reveal himself only in sweatpants and vest that was drenched in the water dripping from his hair and making his abs visible a little. Taking the food from her hands with a really wide smile on his lips, he didn't noticed her frozen form and crimson red cheeks.

"You don't want to come inside?" He asked her but got no reply because she is still frozen. "Hello, anybody there?" He asked waving his hands in front of her eyes as she flinched a little and came back to reality. "You don't want to come inside? " He asked again but she shook her head as a no and said "I got a lot of laundry to do because I have ignored my laundry for a week, I'll get going now, bye" She said and he also waved his hands and said "bye, laundry is more important, don't forget to do it again".

Closing the door behind her, she placed her hand on the left side of her chest and felt the fast beating heart. " That man is making me go nuts!".

Another day, same shit.

Getting ready for office, running late, didn't had breakfast yet, didn't even applied lip tint.

She picked up the egg sandwich she made and closed the door almost slammed it.

Eating the sandwich on her way to the elevator, she accidentally bit her tongue.

Running to the gate she saw a car getting ready to start and saw Namjoon in in. "God saved my ass today" She said and ran to his car and knocked on the driving seats window. The window glass rolled down and revealed the very handsome man, hairs slicked back and two stands of hair on the forehead, lips pink naturally and eyes had round glasses on it. Perfect definition of beauty, but a little bit of nervousness and tension on his face.

She said "I'm getting late, could you do me a favor and drop me to my company building?". " Sure" Saying that he opened the door for her to sit on the seat besides his. Getting inside she took a bite of her sandwich that was still not finished and the car started driving. "You look in stress. Something happened?" She asked noticing his tension. "Not really just..... " He continued, "I have to go to my parents house to meet them today but last time I visited, we had an argument". He finished his sentence and she took another bite and said " I don't know what actually happened and I don't want to interfere in your personal stuff but... " She took another bite and continued " I think everything can be solved by just calmly sitting and talking things out. You could try doing that. It works everytime with me". Saying that the car fell in silence, the whole ride was silent from there and she could tell that he was thinking something in his mind.

Stopping the car in front of the building, the gate opened and y/n came out. Taking her stuff she turned around and said "thanks for the ride". " Your welcome, atleast drink some water!!! " He said worried about her. "I'll drink something from the vending machine" She said and continued to run to the office building.

Popping on her couch she took off her coat and changed into something comfy. It was now a daily routine to just walk around the streets and get some snacks on her way back home. So she decided to get some chips and snacks.

Locking the door behind her, she walked to the elevator but on her way she found Namjoon. So she asked out of curiosity "Oh Namjoon, how did the meeting with your parents went? ". He didn't said anything...

He just pulled her towards him and crushed her in his tight warm embrace. It took her time to process but she gave in into the hug and asked worried " What happened? " Caressing his back. "Nothing" He said and continued... "Thank you for coming in my life and.... Thank you for everything"
