The Mystery Baby

Bobby  layed in his bed fast asleep it was a hard week and he needed the rest his  body was screaming out for sleep

(Bobby) I was in the land of dreams when I got woken up when I heard crys out in the corridor of my building, uhhhh I moan taking no notice of it, the crys were from a baby when it never stopped I then got out of my warm bed throwing the covers from my hot body and then walking to the door not to forget to put my robe on me, after bumping into alot of my things I found the door I unlocked it opening it and the bright light from the hall blinded me I rubbed my eyes looking around it was quite I huff (baby sounds) I looked down and there layed a baby in a basket with a pink blanket, I rubbed the back of my neck leaning down pulling the pink blanket down a little  and then I saw a little face looking at me I smile the baby never smiled it burst into tears again ohhhh, no, I say shhhhh I say flapping my hands up and down, what do I do? I asked myself I picked up the basket and took the baby into my apartment putting the basket onto the table, I looked at the baby again and then started to talk to her, where did you come from where's your mummy, and daddy mmm? I asked and then relized it was a baby and couldn't answer me I then continued it's OK sweetheart I'm here now

Hours later

(Baby crying)

(Bobby) uhhhh I switch on the lights it's OK I'm here I say rocking the basket back and forth I looked at my watch and it was 6am ohhhh shit I say I have work today uhhhh!!!! I stood up looking for my phone when I found it I flipped it opened and called Emes

(Alex) when my phone rang i bite into my toast and then smiled when I saw it was bobby I answered it morning bobby!!! I say

(Bobby) uhhh it's morning already I say rubbing my tired eyes "ohh you don't sound good" I, smile yeah,, anyway uhhh Emes could you do some shopping for me and just drop it off at my door? I can't go work today

(Alex) uhhh sure I say taking a pen and paper he must be up with a cold or something, give me a list of what you need, wait nappies  why do you need them?

(Bobby) shhhh it's OK I say  to the baby

(Knock knock knock)

(Bobby) I rushed to the door opening it and was shocked that Emes was there "I bought what you needed" she smiled at me uhhh thanks but I told. You to bring it and leave it down stairs

(Alex) I know "baby crys" I smile again rushing past him I then saw a basket with a pink blanket which held a baby inside, oh my god a baby!!!! I say happily going over to the basket when the baby saw me she smiled hello I say the baby grabbed my finger I picked her up ohhh bobby you haven't changed her I say he never said anythink just went red aww it's OK ill do it I smile

(Alex) after I changed the baby I walked back in the living room and Bobby sat on the couch watching TV I sat beside him I made a bottle for you I say holding it out for him he looked at me with a scard look I roll my eyes and smile you'll be fine bobby I handed her to him and he took her into his arms

(Bobby) I looked down at the baby in my arms and smile I fed her, her bottle when I did the baby opened her eyes at me ohh hello I say I finally get to see those beautiful blue eyes aww you are beautiful I say she held onto my finger

(Alex) after bobby fed her she fell a sleep I then asked  the question which burned in my mouth, who is she?

(Bobby) I shook my head I don't know she was on my door step I was going to take her in with me to work today and tell the captain but he will only call child serves and they will take her away, but ill go and tell the captain tomorrow and I'll tell him that she's  going to stay with me I stand up walking her to the basket and then speak to her again yes you are going to stay with me no ones ever going to hurt you i leaned down and kissed the baby on her head

(Alex) I've never seen bobby like this before his eyes sparkled like he was his self again I walked up to him and placed my hand onto his back ill help I say smiling up at him "thank you" I nodded no need to thank me bobby I say he put his arm around me and kisses my head that night I stayed with him and we watched the baby as we fell a. Sleep
